These pineapple lamps are huge. Good if you have a newer house since they are built bigger now, but for the houses in the 60’s/70’s, you might want to think twice. The pre-drilled holes are not lined up well for the brackets, but the electrician was able to install it by shifting things around.

Love these classy pineapple coach lights by Acclaim. I purchased two of the Black Coral 3- bulb lights and had them installed. They are nice quality with glass globes. The color is blackish-brown. They are available in black too. My only small negative comment is that the small gaskets weren’t in either box. I went to Lowes and purchased two 5/8” grommets and some o- rings for my installer. Worked fine. He was able to install these in less than an hour. I also purchased six- 40 watt equivalent LED candelabra bulbs for enclosed fixtures. They create a warm lights that reflects nicely. These are fairly bright. You could definitely use a lower wattage if you’d like a dimmer effect. Highly recommend this product! ... show more

Very nice looking lamp, just what we wanted. I first bought the post-light version. Liked it so much we then bought 2 more to replace the outside lights in the front of the house. All 3 look really good together. We also installed those new yellowish flickering lights to add character. It worked!!!

I don't write many reviews but felt I had to on this one. Bought 4 wall and one hanging fixture. All came as promised and well packaged. Lights are pretty good quality for the price. They are a little bigger than I expected so note the measurements, but look great on my house. Best part, one glass globe came cracked and got worse when I tried to install. Called the customer service # on the instructions, they sent me two globes in like 2 days.. thank you. Note! you must install tiny rubber washer as directed on top of light or it will leak water if exposed.. I actually used some bigger thicker rubber washers because I lost two in the packaging before I realized they were there, I like the bigger washers myself as I change bulb colors for the holidays and the little ones will likely get lost. ... show more

This is a beautiful light and makes an impressive show. The assembly is a little of a challenge as you have to have 2 gaskets on the glass globe as you assemble it. Purchased three as part of a whole-house remodeling while living on Oahu, for use by the front door and to flank the garage doors. The pineapple is a “welcoming” sign in Hawaiian culture and thought them a perfect outdoor accent. I don’t care for candelabra (small base) light bulbs, which these use, but installing LED versions will limit the need to change them only every several years.
