Bought this to replace my Magic Bullet that quit on me after several years of use. I wanted a blender that had less attachments. This is a little small for me, but workable. However, whoever said it is quiet must be deaf?! I feel like I need earplugs when I use it! I don't like that I have to continue to hold it down to blend, though. I like to use frozen, fresh fruit for my smoothies and it takes a while to completely blend everything. After about 6 mos of use, I need to replace the cross blade! Hoping to be able to purchase it singly? Mine seems to be melting!? I kept smelling a burning odor and looked today and saw where one of the plastic "spades" has a small flattened area? Somewhat afraid to keep using it. Well I had to upgrade my review. I was contacted by the seller and eventually was sent a complete replacement blender since the part I needed was unavailable! I replaced another model that was getting very noisy, and this is a major improvement in that issue. I use this at least once every day, and I’m also satisfied with the performance. It’s also easy to clean and fairly compact. If it continues to be durable, the item is well worth the price.

Didn't use the grinder yet, just the smoothie cups. It's all of the above and quiet. The other blender I had you needed ear plugs but this one, no one in the house realized I had even used it. The smoothie cups could be just a bit larger but other than that, so far, with only one use it's fine.
