Came smashed up but there was no damage to the shipping container at all. It looks like the inside was actually packed to well and the glass side popped. The case itself was scuffed too. That being said after cleaning up the glass and making sure all the connections where tight I fired up the Pc and it runs. I decided to keep it instead of dealing with the hassle and delays of sending it back and ABS did a great job of compensating me for the broken pieces. I used that money to replace the cooler that came with it as at idle it was sitting at 60 degrees C. Once I replaced the cooler, I've had no further issues. The original one had way too much thermal paste on it and in all honestly If I had just corrected that it may not have needed the new cooler. The only other issue I had was after adding additional Ram the computer would randomly restart. I'm not sure if it was the ram or the motherboard that was causing the problem but I swapped dimm slots and the original ram rgb would not function correctly and still caused a reset. Once returning to slots 2 n 4 the rgb and resetting has stopped. ... show more

This PC is a beast for the price. I got it for $1799.99. It would be more expensive to buy the parts separately, then you have to put it together yourself and deal with the aggravation of possible DoA hardware and wire organization. It was packaged extremely carefully, which I was worried about when I ordered it because of the size of the GPU, but it was secured perfectly with a foam insert. It came with a 1tb nvme so I added a 2tb in the other nvme slot, and it came with 16gb of ram so I added another 16gb of the same kind. The RGBs all work and look great, the MSI app is pre installed and works! It is super silent too, even under heavy gaming conditions. I game on a Gigabyte M32UC monitor at 144hz, haven’t had an issue yet! Thank you everyone at ABS for this beast, definitely needed upgrade from my team red FX8350 & RX580. ... show more

Amazingly built gaming PC, everything comes built and it fires up just as it should. Only thing I would recommend when purchasing this PC is to buy a support for the graphics card due to the large size and the risk of the graphics card sagging and damaging the pricey part. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the fact I paid for 1 day shipping and it took a 7 days to receive the package. But ABS did right by me and refunded me for the 1 day shipping cost. Would definitely recommend buying a PC from this company. ... show more

Intel 13900k and RTX4090 is a beast of a combo. I attached a picture of the GPU support bracket which came in the box but was not installed. After testing I installed an additional 32GB memory (total 64GB now) to match the Kingston Fury RGB 5600 sticks that came with it and a couple SSD and even my backup 16TB HD. There are more M.2 slots available and more room for 2.5"/3.5" drives as well. I cannot see how they are making money on this at $3399. I can't even buy the parts for that, and I would expect to pay for someone else to build a PC for me, plus some profit on top so it's a crazy good deal. It performs how you'd expect. There are plenty of options and tweaks you can do to get more out of it as well. Cooling is great, I have not experienced any heat issues, most times it's running nice and cool. Case is great, sure its not top end but it didn't slice my skin off like cheap cases I've had before. Replaces my old 3700X/3080 desktop and is over twice the FPS average. ... show more

Got the computer it kept cycle booting did the step of re seeding graphics card and ram and it was the ram then it turned on and worked perfectly found one of the m.2 grounding screw loose in the case other than that the computer has worked perfectly
