After reading reviews, I was looking for something after my gallbladder surgery. This works well for a while, but eventually, I had to change to a different one because it gets stretched out easily. It doesn’t start out comfortable, but it started to get comfortable towards the end, but by that time I needed a new size. Work well for the time being.

I bought this binder right after my gallbladder surgery. It provided enough compression and support to help with pain relief, especially when lying down or when turning on my sides. The binder was a great fit and worked very well for it's intended purpose. I would definitely recommend after abdominal surgery. I used one after every C-section to help me walk more straight so that the wound would heal with me being standing straight.

I got a nasty virus early this year and coughed so hard, I popped open the internal incision site for a previous surgery and got a very painful hernia. I'm 5'5 and weigh about 220lbs and wear a size 16, so I'm not gigantic but I'm not thin. I HATE getting things that are too small to be useable, and most of the time I have to buy the bigger size of therapy braces, so I ordered a large of this. I should have taken my measurements, but I didn't have a tape measure (that has been received since this purchase), because this brace was REALLY big. It could really fit my partner who is 6'1" and about 300lbs. It worked ok, but putting it on was a bit of a challenge because it's so big, I'd need an extra hand to hold it in place while I pulled it to get the tension needed to properly support me. It's also made of the same material as 3 Ace thick bandages sewn together, which is not super comfortable on the skin. Wearing a tank top under it if I didn't want to wear it outside my clothing worked, bit it works be nice if the inside was softer or silky so it's more comfortable on the skin
