I recently had a hysterectomy, and I appreciate a good binder to help me feel more secure. This binder is perfect and made of quality material. I especially love how long this binder is (from top to bottom) because I have a longer torso, and this one fits me perfectly. This binder has some bulk to it, but can still easily be worn under your clothes if needed. The material isn’t super stretchy, but has enough stretch to be able to get it as tight as you want it. I appreciate the second closure, because I’m able to make the binder even more secure. The Velcro is INSANELY strong, so it won’t come open accidentally. I really enjoy this binder because it works as intended and is worth the price.

Im using this for back support. I stand for 10+ on concrete floors at work. I usually get back pains around the 9th hr. I slap this on and I feel supported and refreshed. It helps my posture. It is very wide. Im 5'4 and average. It is a good width, but almost too long. It would work for taller people to and give them wide coverage. I wear it over a shirt. It is easy to put on and doesnt restrict my mobility in any way. The velcro is super strong and isnt moving!! It will stay in place as you wear this.
