This is a heavy-duty canopy that really lives up to the "commercial" name. The frame is much sturdier than typical canopies, offering solid stability and durability. It is on the heavier side, but the wheeled storage case makes moving it around much easier, which is a big plus. Setup is simple with two people, and the canopy provides great shade. I was excited about getting these, I ordered 2 for my vendor fairs and got to use them for the 1st time this past weekend. They look and feel heavy duty, they set up fairly easy, love the Velcro around the sides for ease of putting up the side walls and all the extras that can with it. It wasn’t windy the weekend we used it so I can’t comment of that. My issue is the bags they came in. One of the zippers is really hard to open and shut and seems like it is going to break. The other bag already has a hole in the bottom. Again this was the 1st time I had t used them. Disappointed in the bag :(

The canopy frame appears to be okay, but the sidewall straps are cheaply attached and one broke during the first use. I have been trying to work with customer service to get a replacement panel; however, they informed me that the panels that came with my canopy are no longer available. I have the panels that have the horizontal Velcro attachment. After much back and forth on email, they offered to send me a replacement panel that attaches to the upper bars on the canopy and will not match the other two panels. When they finally agreed to replace all three, they informed me that the panels will “have some height difference”. I have no idea what that means and asked them and so far it has been the last communication and it appears they are ghosting me. I haven’t received any panels and the return window has now closed. So, buyer beware when ordering from this company.

I had purchased a really cheap tent four moths ago. That's where the Walls with the windows come from in these photos. You don't get them with this tent. If this company offers walls, I'll have to replace the flimsy things I have! It'll be worth it! This tent is MUCH superior to that old garbagy one in every way! It is an excellent purchase, It's good and tall, if you need it to be and or just a regular height. The canvas is thick, sturdy and waterproof. The frame is heavy duty, strong and durable! I love how the bottom edge of the canvas canopy is lined with the fuzzy side of 'velcro' it made it easier for me to attach the walls from the old crappy tent. Money is tight for everyone now but, I am SO glad I purchased this. It is, most certainly, an investment piece. The bag has wheels and the canopy fits into the pocket in the front. It is really heavy and It's best to have a second person to help set it up and take it down but, I could probably do it by myself with some struggle, if I had to. Now, I feel like painting and getting ready for the 2021 craft show season! and it's great for yard sales too!!!
