This is a fantastic value for money canopy setup. The mechanism is smooth and super easy to deploy, the tubes are strong and the plastic hinge block fittings into which everything is attached and swivels are thick and strong. The canopy material itself is nice and sheds water well. There are also little crank handles in the center "riser" sections to allow you to vary the height and increase tension on the material to change the shape and manage water pooling. We got the side panels also and they fit well and are good material. The whole thing comes in a nice rolling bag that also fits all the sides folded up - I would say the wheels could be better on the case, but overall it does the job. I wanted to mention customer service of ABC. We use this canopy at race tracks to cover our pit box. At the last event in upstate NY, an insane hailstorm hit the track with winds over 60mph. The storm ripped our huge trailer awning right off after massive amounts of water and hail pooled in the lower sections. This ABC Canopy was strapped down and handled the storm very well, but not without some damage. The center/side leg snapped after one of the tie-downs gave way under the force of the wind and the canopy was lifted up and smashed onto a toolbox - but that was the only damage! The canopy material, and vast majority of the structure survived perfectly intact. The rest of the pit lane and most other teams canopies were mangled and wrecked. Not this one. I emailed ABC Canopy about a replacement for that leg and they responded very quickly, and sent me a new leg no charge. This is not just a faceless overseas factory company with no contact/support after the sale. They were really good at following up and making sure I received the replacement leg and was able to install it OK. At this price point, that is just a pretty impressive product and support behind it. Great job ABC, I will be a customer going forward and recommend it to other racers.

If you are like me, you look at the price of this and cringe, especially if you are of the microbusiness variety. It is really expensive, compared to some of the others out there. I had purchased a different 10x20 tent 2 years ago, and some of the cross support pieces broke the FIRST time I set it up. Highly disappointed. Now, fast forward to purchasing this. Yes, it's heavy, the box comes in at around 120 pounds. It IS possible to set up on your own, but lets face it, this thing is a monster, and it is FAR easier with multiple people (again, 10x20. The 10x10 would probably be manageable). Let me start with the "bad" - and frankly, for that I am being super nit-picky: The support poles (2/3) have some sort of little bag that it looks like they should be in, I couldn't get them to stay in it, and I think that it ended up putting some stress on one of the seems, and I had a micro, intermittent leak during the rain. There are D-rings on the corners and I almost wish they were on the center supports as well - I need to dress up my tent for events and it would have made my life easier - again, remember I am being picky. The sides also attach with velcro clear across the top - so while it is still in good shape now, what will it look like in a year or two after the dust, dirt, mud/etc? Only time will tell. Now onto the good - The tent overall was super easy to set up. You can raise the legs so that you have the better part of 7 feet of clearance between the sway bars and someone walking into the tent. My other tents, people of the 6 foot-plus variety typically have to duck to walk in. Not so with this bad boy! The side panels not only velcro'd on, but also had zippers which I felt made the tent super secure and snug, especially when closing up for the end of the day (it was a 2-day event). The sway bars certainly did their work! We had insane wind gusts at one point (the kind that make tents fly - a couple near me started to) - I had stakes in it only (no weight) and most of the weekend the tent barely budged. At one point it started to lift, but at that point, I needed to reseat the stakes and it was fine. The last "other" tent I bought, I had to put in special cross sway bars if I thought I needed them and make sure I lined them up with the wind direction to make them work. Not so with this tent. The design is super amazing there. There are two panels that have two "extra" zippers - these make entrances into the tent, and it was AMAZING to not have to pull panels on/off to deal with the rain/closing down. It was a matter of unrolling the flap and re-zipping the panel - super nice, and super convenient! Frankly, I love this thing. I was super nervous it would turn out to be a big expensive flop. I am hoping that it continues to hold up as well as it did this past weekend when I used it. I plan on going to their main site and purchasing extra panels (more screens, possibly more door panels) to have on hand as well. I certainly look forward to using this again!

This Pop up tent is very well made! The quality was exactly what I paid for. It's fairly easy to set up. I'm 5'3" and pregnant, so I needed help getting the legs to the top level, but if I were a little taller it would have been easy. It's very sturdy. We did a practice set up before my event; since the instructions were a little vague, as previous reviews indicated. It's pretty basic and much like other pop ups; but I was glad we had tested without pressure of a timeline. We put up three sides because of the 20-30 mph winds; which was a great to feel at least tolerable warmth in the 20degree weather (ugh!), but the sides created a sail so it kept trying to take off. We had put about 10-13lbs of sand in each of the weight bags; and that wasn't quite enough to keep the tent stable and to the ground. We were on the street, so staking wasn't possible. We found cement blocks and that helped. The winds would scoot the tent a foot or so; but it didn't try to lift off again. The only negative was the annoying sound the sides made when the wind blew. It is what it is; but so loud and intrusive for business. I had many other vendors come over to check it out because mine was the only one that was withstanding the wind (After the cement blocks were added). There were many comments on how sturdy it was, the quality was top notch and the cost more than worth the peace of mind with stability in conditions like that. Oh - and the fact that it was white meant that my products were true to color. I visited another vendor with a red canopy. Their products were not easy to determine the proper shade unless you walked away from the tent to get into the sunlight. I hadn't thought about the implications of that; so very glad I went with this one.
