We are very happy with our purchase. We bought this tent for our grill, but also to have some extra shade. Building this item was one of the easiest! It was simple to understand and put together. The material and build is great and sturdy. The side shade, led lights and the tool hooks are a great bonus! Also love the fact that they are easily adjusted to either side! I ordered the Khaki and it came with square legs as shown. Seems like color of top determines what frame you get cuz they all seem to look a bit different. I like the look of the square legs so I was happy with that. They didn’t include any tool to put it together, but I didn’t need one. Everything was put together with thumb screws. Not bad, but getting them all tight by hand is tricky and my fingers were sore afterwards. I may have to go back and tighten them all with a pair of pliers. The directions were a series of diagrams and fairly easy to follow. All parts were labeled clearly and the well packaged. I could do without the styrofoam though. Another thing I didn’t really like is the arches that go across the front and back are made from two separate pieces and are joined together with two little pieces of c-channel and thumb screws. Not a rigid connection at all; flexes easily. The top frame helps hold it all together once it’s fully assembled so we’ll see if it’s really an issue long term. I couldn’t see that joint in any of their pictures. They hide it very well. It was fairly windy yesterday when I set it up and even without staking it down it was heavy enough that it never budged. I would like it to be a bit taller. The head clearance might be a bit low for some people. It’s just under 6’2” in the middle (@ the joint) and tapers down on each side. Overall I like it and it should help cover my grilling area nicely.

Perfect for my grill and it also provides shade for people! It was easy to assemble - the instructions were straightforward and the assembly was a breeze. The material and construction are durable and sturdy. The side shade is adjustable. The LED lights and tool hooks are great additions.

First, the good news. This is a nicely built frame and went together easily. After a year in the Texas sun, the canopy degraded, which we expected - sure, we can replace a canopy every year or so, and looking at the prices of what we thought were replacement canopies for this at around $30 seemed doable. Then came actually replacing this canopy. I tried to match the part number and purchased 3 different canopies, none fit. So we contacted ABC to replace. Not only would we have to wait 6-8 weeks, we'd have to pay nearly $100 in shipping plus taxes. So understand if you buy this thing that you're going to have a really nice useless structure as soon as your canopy fails. Very upset about this.

We purchased this grill gazebo to replace one that was over 5 years old. Assembly was easy as others has described. A few things to note: the bottom post supports are plastic. If you plan on putting this permanently on a deck or long term sun exposure be aware. Secondly, the top frame is connected by plastic inserts. We installed on a Friday. A storm blew through a few days later and the inserts on 2 sides came out. We were concerned in another storm the entire canopy may blow off. Thirdly, the canopy material is thin. We live in Kentucky, not a crazy weather state normally but no way would withstand a season of wind and sun bleaching the material. We had no choice but to return the product. Overall, you get what you pay for. If it will stay in an area with low wind it may be a plausible option.
