This canopy is fantastic! It is not a cheap slapped together -will work for a few events before breaking product like you get at the big box stores. It has strong fabric, strong steel construction, and well-designed locking mechanisms. It is not as easy to set up as a 10x10 because it is twice as big but with that said I was able to fully assemble it in about 15 minutes in my backyard without ever reading directions or getting help. If you are small of stature or not at all mechanically inclined you may struggle but once you figure it out it is easy. As others have said it is quite heavy but then again it's large and well constructed so this kind of goes hand in hand. I read a review where they said you cannot fold it up with the cloth canopy attached to the frame but this is not true. It folded up just like any other and fit easily back into the bag with the canopy on it. You would need to remove the sidewalls however, but that has been the case with any canopy I have ever used. When you get it out of the box if you were to expand just a little bit and then crawl inside, you can put your hand below the middle roof support in lift up. The entire canopy will expand itself out. Leave it quite low so that you can put the center support pieces in place (these will stay in place moving forward, they collapse with the frame) and then drape the entire canopy over the frame. With the roof cover mostly in place you can then lift it again from the center roof support slightly jostling it and all six legs will lock into place most of the time. The legs that don't lock are easily done one at a time. If you cannot lift 80 lb or so you will likely not be able to do this (should go without saying but if it's too heavy for you, you can't put it together without help anyway. If you can manage the weight it's easy to do). One review says it's too heavy and you need help. If it is too heavy for you then this would be true. For many of us it is not true and at 5'8 with a non-muscular build I'm not a big guy. One review said you cannot fold it up with a canopy roof on it but this is not true. It folds together roof attached like others and easily fits into the bag. One review said it takes 30 minutes to an hour to put together. This would be true if you can't manage the weight or if you are not mechanically intelligent. It is a big heavy duty canopy well constructed at a price point commensurate with what you get. I recommend it without hesitation.

Maybe this just isn't a tent for the novice, but I feel it could be easier to use. Here are my concerns: 1) Some people are first time buyers and the instructions really are skimpy if you've not put up a canopy tent before--I'm not sure why the company can't make and post a couple explanatory videos to YouTube. Instead I relied on the kindness of a few ABCCanopy owners who graciously posted their unboxings, very helpful but model specific instructions from the manufacturer seem like an easy and inexpensive thing to provide customers. 2) The frame seems well-made, fabric could be thicker. 3) The plastic latches are worrisome, second time we used this at an event one latch had no play and wouldn't allow the top to lock. There seems to be no way of getting into the mechanism to clear it, we had to take the whole thing down, push it together, flip it and try to poke away whatever was blocking the release. No luck. As a last resort we lightly struck the latch area (but not the latch itself) several times with the wood handle end of a small hammer and were able to restore enough play for the pin to deploy and lock the top in place. Happy it finally worked, but hoping we won't have this problem every time. 4) The storage bag for this canopy also seems well made but again is difficult to use. The bag zips open three sides at the bottom instead of up and down one side. It's been hard to maneuver to get the canopy back in, and you have to turn it upside down. The side pockets, while deep, only close with velcro, not a zipper, and things can fall out while you're trying to get the canopy back inside. 5) The top fits the frame, almost. Not sure if this is a novice user problem or a fabric not quite measured right problem 6) We also purchased the sides, which attach at the top with velcro, and then at the sides with zippers. Like the top, they just seem a little off. If there is an official way to line them up without putting up and re-adjusting each piece several times, I haven't found it. We will probably have to figure out our own marking system to make these easier to install. I am still hopeful this canopy will work and we will get better at setting it up but I am disappointed it seems to have so many things that are just a bit off. If you're an experienced canopy-setter-upper, you may have better luck with this or you might be able to determine quickly it is the canopy and not you.

my wife and I make jams and jellies and pickled items and sell them at farmers markets and other market days. we bought this 10x20 canopy to do a market coming up. we have used a 10x10 canopy (not this brand but they look and work exactly alike) for over 5 years and it is still in great shape. we have used the older tent about 30 times a year, and expect this one to hold up just as well. it has a new feature where you can raise the center supports to tighten up the top and maybe lower it some to make putting it up easier. I haven't put the sides on it yet but at first glance the zippers don't look as good as the ones on the older canopy, we will see soon.this canopy may deserve 5 stars I just never give 5 stars to anything, ever

I used this tent at my first outdoor market this past weekend. I was selling handmade items, and needed a tent to protect them from the sun and wind. This tent was super easy to put up; I had multiple people on hand to help, but the instructions were clear and two of us were able to support the legs while one person stabilized it and popped it into place. The entire tent went up in less than 10 minutes. Breakdown was a breeze as well. The stakes were more than enough to keep the tent in place throughout the day (there was no wind), but we will definitely utilize weights and tie-downs for windier days in the future. So happy with my purchase!
