This tent is very high quality, I actually hung from the middle and nothing bends, it is made to last for sure. The beige isn’t really beige… but I knew that when I bought it, I’ve been looking for a pastel yellow tent because other companies only sell a bright yellow- this was PERFECT. Super easy to set up, you can do it with only one person, the walls and top are nice and thick, I do pop up markets and this has been my favorite tent so far. Definitely worth the price… tbh anyone that had bad experience like it flies off or broken… that’s honestly their own fault, a lot of people don’t weigh down their tents from the wind. It WILL fly off (just like any tent out there) if the gusts are strong enough. WEIGH DOWN UR TENTS!!! Today we have 30mph gusts on the beach and baby didn’t budge! (with 40lbs+ weights on each leg) Everything is high quality. I would definitely choose this over any tent out there. It’s beautiful! It stands out against a row of tents! Great for markets!

I purchased this canopy in April 2024 for the market season. I took it out of the box to practice setting it up, and a big gust of wind grabbed it and flipped it upside down, bending one of the legs. This was no fault of the manufacturer, I was literally just starting to get it put up and had not put any weights on it yet. Market season was upon me and I just did the best I could with the bent leg for the year. Fast-forward to market season starting this year and I knew I wanted to replace that bent leg so that I could lock it in place properly. I reached out to the seller to make sure that I ordered the appropriate part and also to get instructions on how to do so. They very graciously sent me a brand new part and did not not charge me at all. In fact, they sent me two because another leg was very slightly bent and they went ahead and replaced that as well. I am very pleased and impressed with their customer service and their willingness to help me even though the damage was no fault of theirs and it was a year after the fact.

This tent is the best. It took a min to understand how to put it up. But after that, we had it up in ten minutes and down in. I put concrete in Aldi's bags as weights. The wind had no effect. I highly recommend this tent.

Full disclosure, we haven't had a chance to set this canopy to and use it yet, but did have the chance to interact with the seller's customer service folks. When we received the canopy, the zipper on the carrying bag/case was broken and we couldn't unzip it to remove the canopy. I let the company know and they sent a new case right away. They were easy to work with, helpful, and speedy. The new case has been received and the other has been cut off. The tent frame is heavy and seems much sturdier than the one we used in the past so our expectations are high for durability. We're looking forward to setting it up and putting it to the test at our next event.

Overall, this is great. I managed to get it up as only one woman, but it was challenging and took a while. Another review had mentioned the zippers for the side panels didn't reach/they couldn't get it zipped, and also experienced this issue. HOWEVER, fixing the issue is as simple as moving the legs in a bit 😆 I do agree with another review however on the zipper quality for the side panels; spoiler alert, it's terrible. Very cheap flimsy zippers. The company should definitely make these higher quality if they're going to advertise it as commercial grade. I suspect they will be the first part to break, and who knows, maybe that's by design. The velcro attachments were numerous though and I believe will hold together nicely. The sandbags are only about ~15 pounds filled, unless you have incredibly dense sand. I bought 100 pounds expecting 20-25 lbs per bag and was quite disappointed when the first three bags were filled by only one 50 pound bag of sand. That is to say, if you're using this for a market, you'll probably have to get another set of bigger sandbags to meet their code. I'll update this review later after our next big storm to see how it holds up.
