Unboxed this product today and it was well packed - the box was banded and then taped closed. All of the contents looked factory sealed. HOWEVER, the roller bag had light brown dirt on the front of it and the popup frame had several places where it looked like it had been dragged across the cement - the feet looked scraped up and one of the side screw joints was also scraped. One of the fabric sides also had a series of black dirt smudges across it. This tent the center supports for the frame were also installed in the frame THROUGH the frame's plastic bag (which had several other holes in it) which made it extra challenging to unpack. For a "new" several hundred dollar canopy I didn't expect it to look refurbished. Next let's talk about how easy this was to setup. For a 10x20 I expected it to be a bit of work, but this canopy surprised me at what parts were difficult. Those area are listed below in depth. But even with these difficulties, I've assembled 10x10 popup canopies which were more difficult than this 10x20, so while not "easy" it could have been MUCH worse: -First of all there are ZERO instructions in the box. The exception is there are multi-step detailed instructions on the back of the package containing for the wheels for the case. Those detailed in depth how to connect the wheels to the case. But ironically no directions for the main product - the tent! Incidently, if the wheels are on the case, it becomes too wide to put it back in the box for shipping/transport. This is where the instructions seem to end. Nothing about how to actually assemble the tent, its accessories/walls or how to properly stake/tie it down could be found. Although this tent is fairly easy to assemble, and I'd watched several videos for similar tents, 1-2 pages of directions would have helped. Its the simple things like knowing to look for the logo of the company on the long side to help orient the top while unfolding it or to turn the adjustment cranks on the center posts to lower them all the way down before assembly where a bit of extra tips would help unbox and assemble this massive tent for the first time. I also found that there seems to only be D-Rings on one side of the tent top for installing the awnings. This was not noticed until we went to try to figure out what to do with the straps included with the awning kit (after the tent was fully raised). It felt like there should have been a place to attach them to the top, but we couldn't find a spot -- then later we found that spot -- on the back side of the tent. For this same reason, it is unclear how we can install the awning on the 10ft side of the tent - I can only assume that only one strap can be used because of the lack of D-rings on both the front and the back of the tent? Likewise, a walk through tent with opposing awnings would be problematic for the same reasons. For what would have been a minimal cost to add to both sides of the tent, this reduces the flexibility of the product. Next, while trying to open the tent frame we got it about 90% opened and then it started binding -- after several minutes of trying to figure out what we were caught on I found that the center post risers can get caught where they go up through the frame bracket. Once I slid them through the frame it opened easily. Next when I went to tie down both of our two tents and stake them I found that we only had 4 tent stakes in each kit. This was unexpected, so I used them for the four corner posts. Upon checking the listing it appears that we should have gotten 6, so I'll re-re-double check they weren't overlooked (not that a bright orange 9-12" stake is easy to miss), but with 2 of 2 tents this way, something isn't right. There is a LOT of velcro on the tent. This is a place where a simple diagram would have helped - there were several times during assembly (admittedly at dusk) where I was trying to connect the velcro backwards or routed incorrectly. Easy enough to correct, but this all adds minutes to the setup. Next, the side walls - there were two bags with white fabric in the box. Luckily both times I picked the canopy on the first try, but all of the packages are labeled in what was possibly chineese characters. A simple sticker indicating which was the canopy would have reduced guess work. Installing the first side wall took several minutes - I was expecting the zipper to zip from bottom to top without realizing there was velcro on one side so I had the wall installed upside down with the velcro loops to attach it to the frame. After realizing it was upside down (and picking grass out of the wall's velcro strip) I attached it in the correct orientation. With so many sides all packaged together in the same bag trying to figure out what is what piece while they are all folded together was difficult without a basic summary "tips" page. At first I was thinking that the pieces with zippers was the zippered door - and was thinking it must be packaged in three sections (to explain the half-zippers) but then I saw that too many pieces had zippers for that to make sense. I figured out that all of the walls zip to their neighbors so the solid walls have two zipper-halves. The door sections have zipped closed zippers and the awnings have no zippers and are roughly half as tall (which also makes them useful for half-walls). If I was assembling this tent somewhere I could spread out a pile of 10 foot walls much of that guess work would have been avoided, but assembling in a damp grassy area meant that I needed to unpack and figure out how to identify the pieces and how to install them while they were still folded in my arms. The awnings have a clamp which attaches it to the frame. That clamp has a single angle for the awning posts. It is not possible to set it to an arbitrary angle. Likewise, to lower the awning, there does not appear to be a notch in the clamp for a fully down / closed position. I don't recall seeing a second notch for a fully down position, but again, with NO INSTRUCTIONS just getting everything assembled was a lot of guessing what goes where/how. The center posts at both ends of the tent (but not the middle) seem to meet the fabric at a location which has a small "pouch" with a draw string closure. This is another area simple directions could have helped. My only assumption is that the intent is that the support post should go in the pouch and then the string pulled closed around the post? Just like with most camping tents, the fastest part was opening the frame, but the tie-down, fastening the velcro, attaching the walls, etc is what takes the time. Although the company advertises "60 second" setup, this tent was far from that easy. Start (cardboard box ready to be cut opened) to finish (assembled with stakes, walls, etc) was over an hour. It took more than 60 seconds to open, orient and spread the top canopy over the frame (and required climbing under the partly expanded frame several times to reach the fabric). And even afterwards, we found that there was a "secret" orientation to the top where there is a front and back based on the location of the D-rings for the awnings. Next time, having done this once, it will likely still be 30 minutes. Lastly, let's talk about how sturdy the tent is - although I wouldn't try to swing from the frame like they do in the product video, I was impressed with how sturdy the frame felt. At 10x20 it had almost no rocking / wobble in it, even before I staked and tied it down. At one point I needed to reach up to the top of the ceiling while on a ladder and I lightly held the frame to steady my balance and felt safe. There are a lot of other tents which I can't say the same about. So in summary, its a sturdy good tent, but its lacking in several areas. Primarily it lost stars for : arriving with the feet & "X" frame pivot joint(s) scratched up and a dirty side wall, having zero directions about the tent, missing stakes, omitting D-rings reducing the ability to have flexible locations of the awnings.

Overall I am in love with this tent. While I haven’t had it in the rain yet, fellow vendors at our market have had zero issues with it. I am 5’3” and all the way down this tent is just taller than me. Mostly this is not an issue except for leading it into out Tahoe. Because of how everything else needs to fit in, this has to go crosswise, and it’s a very snug fit. Otherwise I can lift, set up and put this sucker back in the bag on my own. My only complaint is the awning, which was the main reason I went with this one. The brackets that hold the arms are very cheap and do not hold the poles perpendicular. This means I have to have the tent at its highest setting to keep from cloth lining my taller customers. The bracket from euromax fits the awning pieces and is much sturdier.

I do weekly craft markets and just love this canopy. It goes up easy, side walls can be put up and taken down quickly, and the additional shade flap in the front makes it perfect for customers who want to get out of the sun. I had one last year that wasn't as sturdy, and I upgraded to the ABC this year and haven't regretted it. It's definitely worth the money. And packs up neatly in the roller case. Sandbags are great as anchors and we've had some horrific winds and they hold everything down nicely. We've had crazy weather and got caught in a huge hail storm. The canopy is unscathed. Great product!

The ABC canopies cost more but they are well worth it. Tough and waterproof...I bought my 10x10 tent in June set it up as soon as it was delivered. It's a two person job, but can be set up by one ( I did ) I put down some artificial turf, unfolded some tables and chairs and I was done I recommend these tents for every outdoor occasion 😀

I love this canopy. I use it at the Farmer's Market. It comes with 4 removable walls. The overhang is nice for shading customers or shielding product from the elements. Nice quality. My last 10x10 had a low quality top. It ripped the first day. This new one is so much better. Goes up in minutes. So glad I ordered this.
