The frame was easy to assemble and could be done alone, but with two people it took about an hour. The canopy was the incorrect size, but customer service remedied the issue. It took about a week of back and forth emails and instead of a replacement canopy they sent us an entirely new gazebo. It could have been corrected sooner, but it appears customer service is several time zones away so communication was not in real time. Despite other negative reviews about customer service, our interaction with them was relatively pleasant and productive. We've had the frame and a temporary canopy that we bought up for about a month. Even with some high winds and breezy days, the gazebo is doing well. We can't address the waterproof aspect since the canopy we're using is not original to the frame. The frame does shake with strong winds, but it has never been in danger of collapsing. The gazebo came with anchors but we used additional, stronger anchors as well. One month in, with a replacement canopy, the gazebo is doing well, so far. The gazebo built is good pretty sturdy and looks great! Don’t even bother with the directions there awful. It’s just some random pictures with terrible labels.

We’ve had this canopy for over a year and with all the rain in Southern California our canopy ripped. We really wanted a replacement and didn’t want to have to buy a whole new Gazebo. We contacted customer service and they worked with us to send us a replacement. We paid a hefty shipping price from China, but worth it! It fits perfectly. I would have spent more on a different replacement and who knows if it would fit. So happy they sell replacements! Just contacted them through Amazon and they replied right away. Love this gazebo! Water resistant, so unless it’s pouring buckets, it stays dry underneath. Easy to assembly, not too heavy either. The netting, very nice, bugs don’t get in! Perfect for our space on our deck, added privacy curtains and voila! Our little space.

All parts were with packaged and labeled. Instructions were easy to follow. Took me and my son about 2 hours to put up (with a couple of breaks). it is very sturdy and we have had alot of rain since we put it up and no leaks. Very satisfied with purchase. I got the gray color and it is very lovely.

Working on revamping my backyard and this was the perfect addition. Just got mine in and put together same day. What a difference! Perfect for shade and easy to put up. I spent a lot of time looking at gazebos to add to our campsite! I liked the 10'x12' to accommodate the larger table we purchased. I also liked that I could order replacement parts (top) and solid side panels in the future. Took 3 adults about an hour or so to get it all together, very easy. We decided to add anchors and straps to hold it down in case of bad weather as we will be leaving it up all camping season.
