The media could not be loaded. First and foremost, the gazebo is of the highest caliber. It feels really solid and is constructed with durable materials. The gazebo has held up well and has no indications of wear and tear, even the occasional strong gust of wind or heavy rain. The method of construction was shockingly simple and easy. I only needed a few hours to assemble the gazebo on my own thanks to the clear and simple directions. My backyard project turned out absolutely beautifully, and everyone who has seen it has given me countless praises. The gazebo's versatility is one of my favorite features. The gazebo offers the ideal amount of shade and shelter from the elements, whether I'm holding a backyard barbeque, unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening, or simply reading a book. I’ve had this gazebo for about 9 months. It provided shade for us and our grill during the 110° summer, which was our main goal. We have it weighted down with sandbags because we rent. It has stayed through an EF2 tornado, days of extremely high winds, and has held up to about 8 inches of snow on the canopy top of it right now. This was well worth it, and we will buy again if something happens to this gazebo. ... show more

I purchased the Canopy 3 years ago. I've enjoyed having the canopy but now the canopy is tearing. The structure is still good however no luck in finding a replacement canopy 8x8 for the model. ABC Company has not been helpful in answering the question on where to find replacement so may purchase new one. Will definitely look at other manufacturer's replacement parts for the next purchase. ... show more

Here's why I highly recommend this: Sturdy and Durable Construction: The gazebo is constructed with high-quality material which is durable. The frame is sturdy and robust and can withstand adverse weather. Easy Assembly: Setting up the gazebo was a breeze. The package includes clear instructions and all the necessary hardware. Even if you are not particularly handy, you'll find it easy to assemble. Ample Space: 10x10 provides adequate space and it has been a good hangout place for me and my family. I bought this canopy for my backyard deck, as a replacement for the pop-up canopy we had been using. When it arrived, I was impressed with how well it was packaged, and the material for the canopy’s roof was much sturdier than I expected, so I was looking forward to building and using this canopy. Then I actually started building it. The instructions were simple, and I thought it would go up nicely, but then I ran into a problem: one of the pieces broke (a plate that was welded on the end of one of the side roof supports snapped off). Well, fudge, I thought. I contacted the seller directly to ask about a replacement part. They first asked if I knew someone who could weld the plate back on. I replied that I didn’t. (Frankly, if I knew a welder, I would probably have just hired him to build me a sturdier canopy from the get-go.) They next offered to send me a replacement for the broken part if I would pay $50 for the shipping. I replied that I had already paid for their product and had it shipped, so I was not interested in paying more. Their third offer was to send me a (smaller) replacement canopy if I would pay $60. So, I replied, you want me to pay a total of $450 for a canopy that lists on Amazon for $330? That does not sound like a bargain to me, so I declined that offer, too. In the interest of saving time (each round of this discussion took 24 hours—I would communicate during the day, and they would respond overnight), I told them that there were three options that would satisfy me: 1) send a replacement part at no charge, 2) send a replacement canopy and I will return the faulty canopy, again at no charge, or 3) I send the canopy back to Amazon for a full refund and leave a product review explaining why. You are reading the review, so you know how that offer went. It’s just as well. As I was disassembling the parts I had assembled in order to ship it back to Amazon, two other side supports had the same metal plates snap off. So, this is the third gazebo we've had in the past 5 years. We bought this one for last summer (2022). It's funny; all of them are quite similar - made in China, etc. - but this one is clearly a cut above. The arched ceiling makes all the difference in the world. Water sheds off the top easily and efficiently, and does not pool on top the ceiling material. The rip-stop nylon material is a huge bonus and the mosquito netting is robust compared to netting of the past. Like any fabric gazebo, disassemble before winter hits (snow will collapse the arches) but the frame can remain standing in place. We had about 20" snow last winter and had no issues. Just reassembled it this past weekend for summer and it looks/works just as it did when new. It's easy to assemble - about 2-3 hours - and is quite sturdy. We have ours outfitted with 48' commercial lights string from Amazon with an added dimmer, and a chandelier my wife made. We also have two fans, a 6-seat table and chairs, and a Bluetooth speaker system set up. What a great way to spend summer evenings listening to music and sharing drinks and conversation with friends. Our daughter loves to play board games with her friends - they love the "perceived" privacy ;-) I happily recommend this gazebo for all but the toughest weather situations.
