The media could not be loaded. First and foremost, the gazebo is of the highest caliber. It feels really solid and is constructed with durable materials. The gazebo has held up well and has no indications of wear and tear, even the occasional strong gust of wind or heavy rain. The method of construction was shockingly simple and easy. I only needed a few hours to assemble the gazebo on my own thanks to the clear and simple directions. My backyard project turned out absolutely beautifully, and everyone who has seen it has given me countless praises. The gazebo's versatility is one of my favorite features. The gazebo offers the ideal amount of shade and shelter from the elements, whether I'm holding a backyard barbeque, unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening, or simply reading a book. In the nights of the summer, it's also fantastic for warding off bothersome mosquitoes. I cant wait to add some lights next weekend and enjoy. Cant wait for this summer celebration with my new purchase.

I purchased the Canopy 3 years ago. I've enjoyed having the canopy but now the canopy is tearing. The structure is still good however no luck in finding a replacement canopy 8x8 for the model. ABC Company has not been helpful in answering the question on where to find replacement so may purchase new one. Will definitely look at other manufacturer's replacement parts for the next purchase.

The media could not be loaded. I am so happy with this gazebo. The frame is solid, the canopy and curtains are well made and my boyfriend put it together in about an hour by himself. He surprised me when I got home from running errands and it was fully assembled. I love it and I think you would to.

I bought this canopy for my backyard deck, as a replacement for the pop-up canopy we had been using. When it arrived, I was impressed with how well it was packaged, and the material for the canopy’s roof was much sturdier than I expected, so I was looking forward to building and using this canopy. Then I actually started building it. The instructions were simple, and I thought it would go up nicely, but then I ran into a problem: one of the pieces broke (a plate that was welded on the end of one of the side roof supports snapped off). Well, fudge, I thought. I contacted the seller directly to ask about a replacement part. They first asked if I knew someone who could weld the plate back on. I replied that I didn’t. (Frankly, if I knew a welder, I would probably have just hired him to build me a sturdier canopy from the get-go.) They next offered to send me a replacement for the broken part if I would pay $50 for the shipping. I replied that I had already paid for their product and had it shipped, so I was not interested in paying more. Their third offer was to send me a (smaller) replacement canopy if I would pay $60. So, I replied, you want me to pay a total of $450 for a canopy that lists on Amazon for $330? That does not sound like a bargain to me, so I declined that offer, too. In the interest of saving time (each round of this discussion took 24 hours—I would communicate during the day, and they would respond overnight), I told them that there were three options that would satisfy me: 1) send a replacement part at no charge, 2) send a replacement canopy and I will return the faulty canopy, again at no charge, or 3) I send the canopy back to Amazon for a full refund and leave a product review explaining why. You are reading the review, so you know how that offer went. It’s just as well. As I was disassembling the parts I had assembled in order to ship it back to Amazon, two other side supports had the same metal plates snap off. I hate to think what this structure would look like after even a mild wind.

Easy to understand set up instructions. I painted all the metal parts before installation hoping to make the frame last a long time. I hope there are replacement covers available for use in the future. Overall a nice canopy.

So I bought this in 2021 so after 2 years, I needed to replace the canopy. Can’t find it on Amazon so I contacted the ABC. They gotback to me after a week - asked for the model number. Then come back and tell me they don’t have a replacement and I should just buy another gazebo. (They are still selling the same gazebo on Amazon.) First, this thing was a GIANT pain to put together by myself (think Ikea furniture) so I’m sure taking it apart is going to be another pain. Second, what a WASTEFUL thing to send this into the landfill and buy another one when I can just get a new canopy. If you don’t mind shelling out the money knowing you’re going to have to throw it OUT in a couple of years, go ahead and get it. Otherwise, go buy something else that you can get replacement parts for. I certainly don’t feel like buying an entirely new gazebo from them if I need replacement parts again the future to be told I need to just buy a new one. It’s too bad too bc it was nice while it lasted. I’ll be buying from someone else. Excuse me while I go spend my Sunday afternoon taking this thing down and shoving it into the trash can. I’m super disgusted.
