We just completed our new deck and our family decided a 10x10 netted gazebo would make a good addition for the summer. We chose this unit and, as you can see from the pics, it's gorgeous. By anchoring the feed into the wood using included supporting studs, we were able to stabilize the gazebo and have had no problem with wind damage from two storms so far. The canvas is high quality and water resistant, with quality netting and zipper closures. When we want the canopy open, we simply tie back the netting. The canvas offers great sub protection and in the evening the netting is a pleasant relief. The 10x10 size is ample for our antique patio table set. Overall the installation and assembly were intuitive. Made for summer fun :)

I’m really impressed with this tent. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow, which made the setup process quick and stress-free. Bought this for my yard that has no shade. Works great and looks very nice. Tent/gazzibo in all is great quality, however I dropped a star because the clips that hold curtains are very cheap and flimsy not sure how long they will last but I will probably find some bathroom curtain rings that will do the trick and look nice. Everything stays pretty dry so long it’s not too extreme of weather. Built was easy.

This product has very bad craftsmanship. The sewing is off and doesn’t align with the frame. I reached out to there customer service and they attempted to charge me for a replacement. This is bad customer service! Customers are not to pay for the company’s bad manufacturing. I expected to get a quality product and was very disappointed when we almost finished the install to realize the cloth does not line up with the frame and there was nothing to correct it. The company did not have the color I ordered (gray) and wanted to send me a green, not anywhere my color and on top of that charge me &100. This company is a joke. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED & DISATISFIED!!! OH, they took over 3 months to try and make excuses why to not replacement, they wanted pictures, video, tried to negotiate colors and price. From sending me $25 for the inconvenience -$55 for a full replacement for colors I don’t like and $100 full product green replacement that I did not want. If I bought a similar top replacement online, it’s almost $100. Why would I take $25 refund. Amazon said to work with them and sorry to say, it must be returned because the company is not fair. All I wanted was to get the same color too and return the faulty one back to them, IT’S USABLE and looks cheap with the faulty sewing. The wind blows it up which is also not good for longevity of the entire unit. This whole process has been ridiculous. You have been warned!

I had purchased the 10x10 Gazebo over the Summer. Great product that kept us in the shade and helped w/ summer insects w/ the sliding mesh screen. Had an issue where a wind storm sort of moved it a bit or should I say a lot (definetely use the stakes where you can or use weights to keep it posted), but a rod broke. I proceeded to reach out to customer support and they honered their warranty and provide neccessary rods to get it back up with no issue or problems. They really do stand by their product and customer service responded quickly and sovled it perfectlyl! Look forward to continue to enjoy our Gazebo!
