I am not one to purchase things online, I like to purchase in the store where I can see and touch the item. But since I couldn't find anything, I took a chance and purchased this gazebo online. I couldn't be happier with the end results. The gazebo looks great, is extremely sturdy, and I would 100% buy this product again. The gazebo arrived in 3 separate packages, the pieces were wrapped very nicely and professionally, and I received all the pieces. There were a few bent corners on some of the pointed ends of the roof panels, but a pair of pliers easily fixed this issue. I agree, the instructions could give a few more details on assembly, but if you take your time on each step, separate those pieces, you should have no problem with assembly. There is no doubt, this assembly is easier with two people, especially with the roof pieces, but I did the entire assembly by myself with the help of an 8' ladder and two patio chairs. The only help where I needed another set of hands was when tightening a few bolts. There was one issue with the cross braces L1 & L2, those predrilled holes didn't line up with the screw holes rail. Of the 16 predrilled holes, I had to drill 8 new holes to make the pieces fit. It was not a big deal, just needed a hole punch and a drill using a 1/4" bit and drilled new holes and everything fit nicely. The only other thing I would remind people, when attaching the roof panels, please remember to add the plastic spacers before tightening all the roof panels, especially the spacers at the top of the roof panels. Overall, very happy with the end product.

Ordered Monday, arrived Wednesday and put together in 3 hours Thursday morning. Very nice addition to our backyard and saved the money of buying new canopies every year for the cheaper versions we have had. Seller was awesome on their price match guarantee as well!

- Design flaw of the gutter system is that the rain water will flow down the inside of each leg with nowhere to exit. So if the gazebo is on ground it’ll erode the very foundation it’s on, and on wood it’ll rot out the wood right from under it. - Many of the screw / bolt holes do not line up despite leaving everything loose before tightening. - Instructions are very difficult to decipher as they are only pictorial; poorly pictorial. - mine arrived with the roof corners damaged. Had to bend them back with pliers but they don’t look great. - one rail for curtains was also bent up preventing hangar hooks from sliding in. - found about 30 loose screws that were missing from packaging randomly scattered throughout the box. - for the price point, I definitely do not recommend this gazebo.

En general me agrado, el manual para el ensamble no es muy explícito y hay que usar la imaginación para el ensamble, también para los patios donde haya árboles el sistema de drenaje para la lluvia es estrecho y con la caída de hojas y demás hay que detupirlo constantemente , por lo demás a no ser el precio que tiene todo esta bien
