*This is not a paid review!!! I’d like to update my review. I’m wanting to buy another one for my son’s girlfriend and wanted to get her the same one as mine. I bought mine in September 2023 and to this day - 02/15/2026 it works just like it did the day I bought it. The battery life is just as good and does not take long to recharge. If you are gonna buy one , this should be the one!! This is the perfect light pad. I am so happy with it. It’s soooooo bright that on the higher settings it was too bright. I love the different color temperatures , warm white, white light, and yellow light. The difference in the lights really does help my eyes and visibility at different times of the day. It’s easy to use and set up. I do diamond art and the clip is perfect to hold your diamond painting. I have not used the built in stand because I use a lap desk that has a “easel” on one side, but I did try it out and if you were sitting at a desk or table it would definitely come in handy and be sturdy enough for diamond painting. I really like this light board. I use it for diamond painting and cross-stitch. There are many grooves along the back so the angle can be adjusted to many different settings. The light holds a charge for quite awhile (I haven't timed it though). It's fairly light-weight too.

I bought this and then returned it as it didn't work properly. My daughter bought me another one the light works but is the most difficult to turn on. The button to push is like stuck. You have to press it so hard it shakes the entire painting. I think I'm sending this back. I haven't had it 4 days what a shame. It is the perfect size for diamond painting. UPDATE: Customer Service contacted me after leaving my review. They reached out and sent me a new lightboard. Now this would be the third one - it works perfectly! The lightboard comes on with a light touch! I use this for Diamond Painting! Thanks for fixing my issue! ... show more

    • Almost Returned It — Discovered a Charging Trick Instead

At first, I thought this device was poorly made. After the 6th use, it refused to charge no matter what outlet I tried. I was ready to request a refund. But by chance, in a dark room, I noticed the faint red light reflecting on my finger. That’s when I realized the charging light is extremely dim so I did not know the plug needed to be wiggled a bit to activate the light. By carefully positioning it so the red light stayed on, it finally charged fully. The product does work. The charging part of the process feels flimsy, and the indicator lights are way too hard to see. Making the port sturdier and the red/blue lights more visible (red = charging, blue = fully charged) would make this device far more reliable and user-friendly. ... show more
