Great Printer. I purchased this printer just to make DTF prints as a hobby. This printer works great and was easy to setup. I love that it comes with the automatic self maintenance which runs a couple of time a day. The prints come out great. The printer is a bit heavy but not too bad. It was shipped well packed on a wooden style box. Shipping weight is about 80lbs. But again, some of that weight is from the shipping box The powering tray is a bit small for my likings so I dont use it. I currently can not speak for the quality of the ink that it comes with as I've not used it yet. I am using another brand of ink currently. The ink bottles do not have any labels so no information about the ink manufacturer. The top lid opens easily for full easy access to the print head, etc. Over all, so far I'm very pleased with this printer.

I wish I could give less than a star our printer stoped working after 4 months. Support was nothing all they want to do is throw parts at it and make us install them.

I've own 2 of these and I definitely wouldn't recommend these to anyone white ink doesn't stay printing nothing but red light issues you spend more time trying to fix it than printing this printer is the biggest scam for DTF printers
