I'm new to the DTF world and was really nervous about spending this kind of money on a new system. Especially after failing to get an espon converted to sublimation. But I broke down and spent the money. I was so nervous that I let the system sit in the box from April until last week . I started setting it up on a Saturday. I couldn't get it installed. I called customer support. They aren't open on the weekend. So I waited until after the Labor Day holiday and gave them a ring. Communication was a little difficult because of accents, but we managed to communicate through text. He was simply amazing. I have had this printer for about a week now. I originally had a printer I bought from DTG Pro and I had nothing but problems and it was high maintenance. This printer is very similar to what I had, But it is awesome and easier to use and maintain. There are a few quirks but they are minor, but it prints beautifully and I love it. ... show more

    • DO NOT PURCHASE
I purchased this printer in March 2023 for my business. Had difficulty with the the RIP software, contacted support regarding the matter and they were prompt in response to get me setup. Moving to September 2023, contacted support again because the printer stopped printing Cyan randomly, even after doing head cleanings, still nothing. Contacted support, they informed me the printhead is not under warranty. Cool! Then the printer stops turning on all together. Tried multiple sockets and nothing. They told me to check for light beeps on the left side, still nothing. Then I received the following message from support, "Then it means the transistors on motherboard is burned caused by a damaged print head." I asked again about the warranty since they admitted to sending me the printer with a damaged print head. Got this message on September 28 "Please contac technical support ,and send back the printer they will check the issue and let you know." But still have not received instructions on how to send it back as Amazon will not accept it as a return outside the 30 day window or a response in general! Order elsewhere if possible. A complete waste of money and now time! ... show more

If in the market for a DTF printer look elsewhere. Have had mine 2-3 months now and has been nothing but a headache. The “customer service” available are rude and very unhelpful. The printer has started to not “catch” the paper when trying to print. I would’ve returned this a long time ago but after loading ink you can’t return it! How do you know if you’ll even like it or if it works right if you can’t even load ink. Such a waste of money. ... show more

The worst purchase ive made on Amazon $3,000 and cant use it. Definitely looking for a return..months later still doesn't work properly..dont buy this product at all as of September 2023.. wish i xan give negative stars..
