I've been using this printer for my small business for a few months now, and it's been fantastic! The print quality is excellent, with bright, vibrant colors. The built-in film cutter is a lifesaver—so convenient and practical. Shipping was super fast, and it arrived well-packaged in a secure box. I also really like the printer's design; it looks sleek and professional. What really impressed me was their customer service. A representative reached out to me several times on Amazon to check if I needed help with setup or had any questions. They were very patient and thoughtful. I did run into an error with the printer at one point, but I contacted them and they immediately connected me with their technical team. The engineer walked me through the steps, and the issue was resolved quickly and professionally. Overall, I'm extremely happy with both the product and the service. I'm really glad I chose this company—they're truly reliable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a DTF printer! ... show more
