These add ons are very well made. They are heavy which i like as it adds to the exercise. The grips are on the handles very well, a touch hard on the hands depending on the exercise. Overall I'm happy with the purchase, nice equipment at a very fair price. My only gripe is the rotating straight bar is far from "smooth". The rotation part is critical for heavy weight curls, and are hard to find....so I'm willing to live with it. I may try to get some lubricant in the rotating part as I can see some rust, but it's a pretty tight fit. ... show more

GREAT PRODUCT.. These items are SOLID. heavy duty and I'm really glad I took a chance on it given the limited reviews at the time. If I had a wish list I would have wanted a solid clip to go along with it.
