After 30 years of riding everything from dirt bikes to 1000cc sport bikes, I was looking for a compact e-bike with real power and practical features. This is only my second e-bike, and after researching several models, I chose the DDTH A12 for its 52V 2000W motor, 25Ah battery, and 14 inch foldable frame. It costs about $100 more than similar bikes, but the specs made it worth a closer look. So far, I haven’t found another 14 inch foldable with this voltage and power setup. If there’s one out there, I’d be curious to compare. The A12 doesn’t feel like a generic clone. It has a unique build and presence. From early delivery to responsive customer service and a bike that looks even better in person, I’ve been impressed. That said, I haven’t had it long, and since the company is new, long-term reliability and support are still unknowns. 📦 Packaging and Delivery The bike arrived 90 percent assembled in a sturdy, padded box. It was raining when delivered, but the packaging held up. I will note that they could’ve used more padding inside the box, but the bike arrived without a scratch on it and held up well. Set-Up was quick and everything worked right away. I included pictures of how it looked out of the box. It shipped from California via FedEx and showed up four days early, which was a nice surprise. 💬 Customer Service Customer service has been solid. I got replies within hours almost every time. They were polite, answered all my questions, and even offered a discount on future purchases for being a repeat customer. I’d rate their support a 9 out of 10 based on what I’ve seen so far. 🔐 Security Features One feature I didn’t expect was the built-in alarm system. When armed, the bike can’t be ridden. Any movement, shock, or battery tampering sets off the alarm. The battery is locked with a separate key and can’t be removed without unlocking it. It’s a decent deterrent and something I haven’t seen on other bikes in this category. 🔋 Battery and Charging Battery performance has been promising. After 15 miles, the charge still showed full. It charged to 100 percent in about two and a half hours when I first got it. I haven’t done a full range test yet, but early signs are good. ⚡ Power and Ride Quality The 52V system makes a noticeable difference. Throttle-only takeoffs are smooth, quick, and responsive without feeling twitchy. It hits 20 mph in about three to five seconds and still feels like it has room to go, even with the limiter on. This will be my teenage son’s e-bike, and it felt quick enough that I didn’t feel the need to unlock it for him. As delivered, it’s plenty fast for a teen and still feels safe and controlled. 🛑 Braking The brakes function well, but once unlocked for higher speeds, I’d recommend upgrading. Long-term, I would at least upgrade to a good set of metal sintered pads. I’ll probably move to larger rotors with a four piston setup as my son becomes more experienced and I unlock the bike. There are many budget bolt-on options available on Amazon for under $100. 🔧 Wiring and Waterproofing After a week of riding, the only issue I noticed was the controller and alarm module being loosely mounted. I cleaned up the wiring and found that the connections were sealed for the most part. The control module also appeared fully sealed. However, because it’s located under the rear tire and exposed to possible water intrusion, I wrapped all the connections with self-sealing silicone tape to fully waterproof the electronics under the seat. ✅ Final Thoughts Overall, I’m happy with the bike so far. It’s not perfect, and time will tell how it holds up, but it’s a strong option if you’re looking for a compact e-bike with real power and thoughtful features. I didn’t receive anything for purchasing this bike. Just sharing my experience for others who are researching like I was.

I’ve been riding the DTTZH e‑bike for a bit now, and I’m honestly really happy with it. The bike is well built, sturdy, and feels way more premium than I expected for the price. The frame, suspension, and folding design are all solid, and the overall ride is smooth and comfortable. It also comes with a lot of great features: Strong battery life and good range Bright lights for visibility Easy folding and storage Quality components that don’t feel cheap Smooth, stable ride At first, I was worried about the speed, because it didn’t seem to hit what the specs promised. But that ended up being user error on my part — once I figured it out, the bike reached the proper speed with no problem. Now it rides exactly the way it should. Overall, this is a great value e‑bike. Well put together, feature‑packed, and fun to ride. Now that the speed is working correctly, it’s an easy 5 stars from me.

This e bike has no initial acceleration from 0 to 20, like you give acceleration throttle will not move unless you push too hard or pedal too hard that too will move a bit then it picks up the throttle also the description given in the website, long range and high speed unlock, didn't work the mileage on full battery almost close to 10 give or take miles in the winter. Speed they said upto 40 mph. But it was upto 25 plain if down hill 30 and slight uphill 15. Not more than that even with average human weight. The cost it advertised for this is almost $500 give or take , with the same description for $250+ there are other e bike brands seems to give the same 10 mile and 25 mph. Extra $250 for wrong or not correct configuration until it is bought. One thing good is they reply within 24 to 48 hours and also they are taking the returns with pre labels generated. Bike is so far working and hardly I used like few times only in a month. If long run it still goes then I can give or chamge this review until then this is my opinion about e bike from the usage experience.

This bike is outstanding! I got the 52V version but leave it locked to Class 2 at 20 mph. I checked the speed to my phone gps and the speedometer almost matched it perfectly. The battery is awesome at 25ah. It is a beast of a mini ebike. The quality and packaging are/were exceptional. I'm 6'2" and 200 lbs and it is on the small side however even with my bad back I can ride it 5 to 10 miles before taking a smoke break. I recommend this ebike the most

This bike is well worth the money!! It came a day early and in a Great condition. Took it out of the box 95% assembled and it was very easy to put together and folds up nice and easy! charged it up completely and took it for a spin this Bike is fast(20mgh),smooth and durable without the speed unlock code! I emailed the company for the code they emailed me back quickly and I put the code in and the bike now goes 41mph ! EVERYTHING IS AS ADVERTISED AND I’M A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!! Also it didn’t say it came with the air pump and little tool kit and bike lock cable and it was also in the box! BUY ONE YOU WILL LOVE IT TOO
