Bike is well packaged and pretty heavy getting it out of the box. We bought this to go camping to zoom around campground. My son assembled it in 25 minutes. It is heavy duty and well built. Tools are all included. It has large tires and good suspension so the ride is smooth. Pretty speedy thing. Great for adults and teens. Great bike I have bought several e-bikes and this is equivalent of a rad runner I would say and almost if not better it’s definitely faster and peppy too it’s utilitarian brakes are good battery good. Comfy and a great ride and the price is 1500 less than my rad had 2 months now with only one flat tire and that was my bad.     • How to 28mph?

How do I unlock the 28mph? I went into settings and p08 page is set to 62 that's the highest number before going back to 1. I changed the tire size in settings to 32in and the odometer read 31mph. But idk if it is just reading that speed from the 10in tire increase or it's actually going faster.

    • This is just a great ebike!!!

This e-bike is seriously awesome! It goes super far – I've ridden almost 200 miles so far. Riding it is crazy smooth, shifting gears is a breeze, and the fat tires mean it doesn't bounce around like regular bikes. Perfect for short trips. I use it for commuting to work mostly, and it only needs a charge once a week. If I need to hit the store on the weekend, I just charge it up Friday night. Even if I forget to charge, no big deal, just switch to assist mode and pedal! I saw people talking about removing the speed limit, but I'm not into that adrenaline stuff, so I've kept it at the factory settings. If you wanna tinker with it, there's probably tutorials on YouTube or just hit up customer service. Trust me, the bike looks way better in real life than in pics, and it's only $500, total steal, 100% recommend! ... show more

Most of this ebike comes pre-assembled. The box includes instructions and some tools, so it's easy to finish assembling on your own. The battery pack is detachable, and it comes with a charger and an on/off button. The motor is pretty powerful. According to regulations, it's supposed to max out at 20 mph, but the description said it can go 28. So I found a YouTube guide for adjusting the speed. Here's how: make sure the power is off, hold the left brake lever, turn on the LCD display, twist the throttle 5 times, then release both the throttle and brake at the same time. That sets it to 28 mph. To go back to 20, just repeat the steps. For young riders or seniors, 20 mph is plenty safe anyway. I'm really stoked about this ebike and can't wait for better weather to ride. ... show more

Bike was very easy to assembleb. All tools are provided, 3 allen key and a 13 and 15 mm wrench. All i had to out together was the front tire, pedals, and seat. This bike is fast, bike is shipped with a max speed limit of 20 mph but can be unlocked for 28mph. I was able to achieve 28 mph on a flat road, going up on a small incline, got up to 24mph.
