I'm not going to give this a bad review because I went in with both eyes open. I wanted the least expensive tube I could find and this was it. What did I like about it?? It fixed my vacuum leak, it's still working a month later and it cost substantially less than one from the dealer. What didn't I like? It was a little harder to install then a genuine part because it wasn't formed quite right or it became warped in its packaging. The clamps were difficult to fit properly and a vacuum fitting boss that is sealed off on a factory piece (because its not used on some models, such as mine) is open and no plug is provided. I sealed it off with a silicone plug. No big deal but a nicer part wouldn't have that issue and it adds a lot of time to the install. The bottom line here is that it's a cost saving part that requires a little extra time and finesse to install securely, but will work just fine. ... show more

I consider myself pretty mechanically savvy, this part was not too difficult to install, hardest part was installing the end that goes on the throttle body, the original part fits a little more rigid, this one has a flimsier end, onthe part that goes to the air filter, I was able to reinstall the spring that keeps it tight, was somewhat challenging, but got it done, great product for the price, thanks ... show more

    • The hose does not fit my 2006 Accord
Despite all the assurances that this hose would fit a 2006 Accord, 2.4L, it won't. It is over an inch too short and there is an extra hole in it, apparently for some kind of sensor. I returned it and received a refund for the purchase price, but there was a lot of aggravation at having received a part that would not work. ... show more
