listen, honest review here, if you want to pay $1200 for a couch that is brought into your home and built for you its worth it. if you want to pay $800 for this couch and take a day to build it at home, its worth it. i want to be transparent that the building was kind of a nightmare, the instructions were hard to follow and it took an entire day (and a dad lol) to put together. HOWEVER. i love this couch. i have a dog and the material is that thick weaved almost linen so its hard to notice spots and hair wrinkles imperfections its just a good couch for someone who wants to live in their home not just get something for looks (it is beautiful though). its comfortable, spacious, cushions are nice and plush, easy to clean, thick fabric, nice wide armrests for drinks and snacks (and arm rest storage that is actually spacious) and looks nice in my home. i do wish that the cushions came off for cleaning and that the back cushions had velcro to attach but its nice i can fluff them and place them and they stay in place for the most part. now the real winner is surprisingly the company. i had an issue and i dont know if my dad built it wrong or i was missing parts but when i reached out to customer serve over amazon they went above and beyond to figure out the problem (it was hard for me to explain) and give me step by steps to a solution. in the end they ultimately realized it was that i was missing certain parts to fix and even though i offered to pay for a new tool kit they refused the money and immediately contacted their warehouse to have a kit free of charge sent directly to me. not only were they overly explanatory, detail oriented, and kind, but they responded IMMEDIATELY every time i reached out, even if it was weeks past my last message (life gets busy). i got this couch almost two months ago and yet they still shipped me out a tool kit today when i figured out the issue. this couch is worth it in my opinion, i understand the ease of boneless or paying for installation, but in a world where companies take advantage and force a warranty or are not helpful i would buy furniture from furnimall over and over again. ... show more

    • Great buy/ awesome customer service
Color: Beige Chenille Size: 97" V Shaped
Better than expected! The dimensions of this couch were exactly as indicated and perfect for our space. The couch is comfortable and looks beautiful -easily looks like it was bought off the showroom floor (once put together). Well constructed and sections securely stay together. A few hiccups with shipping and a replacement pillow needed for a small snag in fabric cover- but, the customer service was outstanding and addressed all of our concerns in a timely and professional manner. Would definitely recommend and order again from this company! ... show more

    • Great Cloud Couch Dupe!
Color: Beige Chenille Size: 97" V Shaped
Review Image by Kirsten Favor
Absolutely love this couch! It did take few hours to put together, and the instructions were a bit confusing, but we got it done. I am considering getting a cover for it, because it does get dirty easily. The material is so soft, and to my surprise it is very comfortable to lounge and even sleep on! It’s great for small spaces, and I love the extra storage in arm rests. Definitely worth the price, can’t recommend it enough! ... show more

    • Not great, not bad.
Color: Beige Chenille Size: 97" V Shaped
I needed a couch for my temporary rental, and didn't want to spend a fortune. So, lets break this down - if you're shopping couches in this price range, you cannot expect the quality, comfort and value you would get in a $7-10,000 couch. So, for the price, its not bad, its definitely nowhere near a Lovesac. I am calling it the folding chair of couches. The beige is ivory, sort of creamy, not really beige. The seats are fairly comfortable, the backs are sort of low so if you need support this is not for you - but the pillows give some support. The back pillows on my particular couch do not fit well, and we need to use the small throw to fill the gap but, again, you get what you pay for, and this is what we paid for - nothing more, nothing less. It was easy to put together, took about an hour, and it will hold us over. Will be good to pass on to a kid for apartment living for sure. ... show more

    • It’s okay
Color: Beige Chenille Size: 97" V Shaped
This is a very comfortable couch, could have been made better as the fabric does not go all the way down the back under the back cushion. It was too light for me and I tried to send it back but they wanted me to pay the shipping on the return which was not going to happen. So o sold it for a $400 loss ... show more

    • THANK YOU AMAZON STAFF!
Color: Blue Chenille Size: 97" V Shaped
I received one box and freaked out not knowing if or when the others would arrive. I had to buy stadium chairs and TV trays for my week-end guests. The other 2 boxes arrived a few days later. I paid an experienced person to put the couch together. It took him about 2 hours. The end result: I’m pleased with my sectional. AMAZON staff was very helpful and professional throughout the transaction from start to finish! Thank you AMAZON staff! ... show more

    • Dissatisfaction 97" L shaped sectional couch
Color: Gray Chenille Size: 97" V Shaped
The sofa looks decent for the price from the front, but the over all constucion and quality are disappointing. It is assembled entirely with screws and bolts, and moving it even slightly causes cracking noises from the wood supports. I honestly do not know how this L shaped couch would survive being moved to another apartment without damage let alone getting it through doors and hallways. Assembly was more difficult and time consuming than expected. While the finished front appearance is acceptable, the back and side looks terrible--sloppy, unfinished, and poorly designed. Where the sectional pieces connect, there are fablic flaps that do not meet and do not lay smoothly flat, making the back look cheap and unattractive. Another major concern is the return process. I cannot imagine how anyone could reasonably disassemble and repack this sofa for a return. Everything arrived pressure-wrapped , and once assembled, it seems impossible to get it back into the original packaging. Overall, it may look okay at first glance, but the unattractive back and side views plus the inability to move the sofa and the impractical return situation make this purchase very frustrating. ... show more
