    • Drain the coolant before removing the original unit.
The Oil filter housing fit greatly, gaskets and bolts. Ps, the Oil pressure switch was not the same as the old assembly, so I used the old one. Note: You may want to drain the Coolant before removing the Old one, I made a mess and have to clean it before installing the New one. Everything works as it should. ... show more

To tell you the truth, this product sucked. Within 24 hours of it being installed it broke down and leaked oil everywhere. The product was not good at all. The only thing I wish I could do is return it but it's past the 30 days. So I will eat the $54 and learn my lesson. I'm just wish I could have had it placed in my car earlier so I could get my money back so there was no durability to this product and it leaked everywhere. ... show more

Works very well. Most auto parts stores wanted between $150-$400 for the replacement. I put this on 3200 miles ago and not a problem. I did change the oil cap to aluminum. Save yourself a lot of money. The job took me 8hrs on my 2019 Ram 1500. Great value
