Works great and installation process was straightforward. If mounting on exterior walls be sure to have help because it's a little heavy to be working on a ladder. So far it heats my 30 by 40 shop with no problems. I can update after the temperature gets higher this summer.

I love my new unit. Replaced a 12000 btu unit with this 18000 btu and it was an easy install. This works so much better. Runs quietly and does a great job. The most underrated feature is the auto setting. It's installed in a sunroom where it becomes cold at night but hot during the day. I set the temperature on auto to 70 and it automatically changes from heat to cool to keep the room comfortable. It also automatically adjust the fan speed. I love the flexibility of having the indoor and outdoor units separate. It allows for better air distribution and doesn't take up valuable window space. Installation was straightforward, and the unit has been performing excellently.

Bought two of these. A 19000 and a 36000 btu. One I used in my large wood shop and another in a climate controlled shipping container. This one unit went into the shipping container. I bought them based on the price. Found no reviews before my purchase and very little info online about the product or company. Thought I’d take a chance for the price. This unit failed after about two weeks of use. Unit had an internal thermostat error. I couldn’t get tech support to help in a timely manner. You can’t talk to anyone on the phone. Email is the only option. You email and a couple days later you get a partial response which prompts another email. This goes on and on. 45 day return policy was approaching fast with no resolution, so I returned the unit. Replaced with a name brand hoping for tech support when I need it. Shop air 36000 had issues during startup. Emailed tech support to no avail. Finally about a month later had a local tech resolve the issue. Warranties and service are no good if you can’t get help when you need it. Spend a little extra and get what you pay for! ... show more

The unit was easy to install If u know what you’re doing I would suggest to get NYLOG BLUE To put on FLARS not the threads Pull a well deep vacuum on lines So far the unit been in a wk (Summer) it been gr8 It’s fixing to get cool nex wk In tenn.
