After weeks of research, we decided on this set for our new deck and could not be happier. It is very comfortable! The cushion covers are water resistant, washable and the seller even sent 2 extra for future use! The cushions do slide a little bit that can be easily solved with some Velcro. Assembly and instructions were very easy. I would recommend an impact drill or screw gun for faster assembly. 4 boxes came over a span of 2 days. I was a little concerned with the back height, but with the feet for the base it’s perfect. 6 ft man says it’s no issue. The fire pit panels had a couple nicks and scratches. Since we had already assembled it, the seller was happy to credit us for the scratches and sent us a whole new set of fire pit tiles. A couple reviews mentioned difficulty putting on the cushion covers. I found by turning the covers inside out, matching the corners and then shimmy-ing the cover down the foam was very easy. This set looks just as good as the sets that cost $3k+. If you are on the fence about this set, you will not be disappointed. It’s elegant, comfortable and functional ... show more

We bought the 9 piece set. It came in a few boxes over a week. Shipping was fast and complete. Super impressed with the thickness of the cushions and quality of the covers. There's definitely a technique required to get the seat cushions into the covers. Folding the seat cushions works great. Assembly was fairly straightforward. The seats seem very sturdy. The media could not be loaded. This is my first time posting an Amazon review, and I can honestly say that this is such a great find! Assembly was a bit time consuming but not stressful. Instructions were straightforward, but using a drill with hex head allen wrench drill bit (you can purchase a set for $10) will make it a smooth process. Things I love about this item: -Sits higher than many others (the little feet give it a nice boost so you don’t feel like you’re on the ground) -Comes with a water repellent cover -Storage in table is very functional -Cushions are comfortable and thick -Cushions a covers are removable/washable and water resistant -Easy to wipe clean ... show more

You never know what you're getting when you order online. But this product is well worth the price. I sat in more expensive models at Lowe's and honestly, they weren't any more comfortable. Yes, the back is low, but it doesn't bother me, and I'm a tall 6'-3" guy. The pillows provide enough support, that, and these are so much better for laying on. I'm glad I went with this product, as the 5" cushion clearly makes a difference. This couch provides just enough cushion where needed. Looks amazing. The firepit is impressive and pumps out major heat on the lowest setting. There were some issues with the manufacturing of a part or two.     • Needs One More Corner Chair

Set is beautiful. It fits well in the covered area of my pool deck. Very comfortable and sits higher than other sets. Much better for taller people. The glass for the table came with some kind of white residue smeared on both sides which I could not remove. When I contacted the seller, the glass was promptly replaced. Great Service The only issue I have is the result of a dinner party I had last weekend. This is an L shaped sofa that comes with 2 Corner Chairs. That means one side of the "L" does not have a Corner Chair and nothing to hold the cushions in place on that end. Even though the website states the cushion bottoms have a non slip surface they still do slide when there is nothing to hold them in place on the end. I found that out last weekend when people sat on that side and all of the cushions kept sliding toward the open end. The cushions must repeatedly be pushed back into place toward the end where there is a Corner Chair. I really wish I would get a third Corner Chair which I would gladly pay for including the shipping. ... show more
