bought to replace a different brand of KVM. pushing the limits of KVM space here with a triple monitor setup, the 2 x DP and 1 x HDMI matches my video card on one computer, the other is a Thinkpad X1 11th gen running through a multi monitor docking port, also with 2 x DP and 1 x HDMI out. 99% of the time, this switch is flawless. I have had one screen come back fuzzy once, and only two monitors showed up once, but clicking over to the other channel then clicking back solved for this quickly and easily. My previous KVM had this issue almost every time I switched until one of the ports simply died. This unit, while it didn't come with HDMI or DP cables (just power and 2 x USB A to A) did come with a little card in the box saying "2 years of warranty support or exchange just send your email) I did that yesterday, they replied today. If they reply to tech support questions half as fast I'd be satisfied... good support and communication with this seller. All in all, I would buy this brand again, I'll see what else they offer, who knows, maybe I need it!

EDIT: After my initial review, customer support reached out to me, and even though it was outside of the 30 day return window, they offered me a full refund unprompted and without hesitation. My review of the product remains the same, perhaps I was just unlucky, but their customer service went above and beyond, which I find rare in this industry. Spent a few days mapping out my systems, buying new cables, and once I set everything up everything seemed fine. My work laptop couldn't use all 3 ports, it would fail to recognize the 3rd screen, while my main PC worked fine. I thought maybe this was too much for the little laptop, no big deal. But, at almost exactly 31 days since my purchase I started having screen flickering issues, no matter which PC was connected. This seems to be tied to intermittent power loss, and recently began to include the USB connection to my work phone, causing intermittent loss of connection during work calls. Maybe the one I have is defective, but every little vibration on my desk and the systems flicker. Very disappointing.

Worked with my Linux PC and M1 Mac Mini (Please note on M1 Mac Mini you have to use USB-C to HDMI to get full resolution 5120x1440) Also note that if you go in with HDMI you have to go out on HDMI.

Worked perfectly out of the box and the 4K video image looks great. Only issue is my fault - I assumed it also switched the audio output to my speakers. Nope, only audio that gets switched is the HDMI audio to your monitor. So, if you have external speakers, you'll need something like: "3.5mm Stereo Audio Switch Audio Switcher Passive Speaker Headphone Manual Selector Splitter Box Audio Sharing" (at https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0894N22CL/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1 ) It's another box to have on your desk, but ...
