Good
Size: 512GB
I purchased this wired security system to replace my old one. The setup and operating instructions were straightforward, and between the well-prepared manual and the enthusiastic customer support, any issues were quickly resolved. I must say the remote viewing feature through my smartphone is incredibly convenient. The image and video quality delivers excellent value for money - it even exceeded my expectations! The pre-installed hard drive made the system ready to use right out of the box. Even with 512GB capacity, I don't need to worry about storage as it automatically overwrites old recordings when full, while keeping the footage I need protected until I choose to reformat. I strongly recommend this product to anyone working with a limited budget or looking to enhance their security measures.

Very Efficient
Size: 512GB
This purchase has exceeded my expectations in every way, offering incredible value for money and outstanding service support! Initial setup requires a monitor - no worries though, as its VGA and HDMI outputs make it compatible with nearly any computer monitor or TV. The system delivers near-zero latency, and the free TSEYE app provides excellent remote viewing convenience. Just note you'll need to connect it to your router via Ethernet cable (not included). Being able to monitor my farm right from my bedroom is incredibly convenient. It covers all the essential features you'd expect from a camera system, yet comes at a remarkably affordable price. The interface is user-friendly and easy to operate. When I encountered an issue, customer support resolved it promptly. Truly reassuring products and services! I would definitely purchase from them again.

Works perfect with good quality !
Size: 512GB
It is amazing to own this home surveillance system at such a low price! I tested this system and tentatively installed two cameras to see how it performed. The picture has great resolution! It has zero freezing moment and quickly responded. Easy to install and the software was user-friendly and interface is clear and simple. I enlarged the storage space using my personal 1TB SSD. It works perfect ! The cable is super super long, you won't worry about reaching to the roof, it can go far beyond your roof !!

Good price good quality
Size: 512GB
It far exceeded my expectations for this price. The quality and packaging feel solid. 24/7 uninterrupted recording is fully supported, and even a 512GB hard drive is more than enough; you just need to format it when the memory is full to continue recording. The wired security camera system operates well with the new cables provided. The wired cameras for home security are excellent, offering good clarity and high definition without blurriness or lag, resulting in smooth footage. The best part is that there are no additional fees. The manual basically addresses my questions. The customer service was outstanding, providing me with step-by-step instructions to resolve my issue.

Don't hang it up until you try it
Size: 512GB
Installation seemed simple as far as the wiring goes. I was able to get the cameras live, the DVR connected to the Internet and the system hooked up to a TV. I haven't mounted the cameras to the outside where they'll ultimately go, in case there's issues and I don't want to have to take them back down. Once this part was completed, I needed to begin setting up the the specifics through the account and control panel section. I am not sure if I received one that had already been used, but the account was already password protected by an unknown password to me. I had to look up how to reset the password and was able to do that to gain access. Following, I was trying to set the specific details to meet my needs such as alarms, motion detection strengths, and available times for these alarms .. and where I feel it's reasonable to rate this with three stars is because there is almost no information in the booklet about this and it's not intuitive to me. I also feel that the playback option is complicated. I am hoping I can find a manual for these options so I can properly set them. I believed I had motion detection enabled, and alarms enabled, but I haven't received any notifications for such activity. I received error messages that prompted the device to restart. The QR code provided at the beginning to give extra information, doesn't work and the website provided, gives a sight requiring some translation. Overall, not satisfied yet. And I'm not sure I'm keeping it yet.

Great Customer Service

The item was great but the customer service from the service representative was even better. I had an issue with my power cord and DVR box, but the service representative assisted me with no problems and resolved my issues. I am very grateful for how they handled this issue. 5 Stars plus 5 Stars. Best Regards, Kevin Piert
