Easy to install, the software is easy to setup up, and so does the iPhone app, it connects fast through the app. The camera is light and easy to adjust after mounted to the wall. It is a very good replacement of my old security camera system at this price . Highly recommend.

Pretty good home security system. It takes a bit of time to set up since it’s wired, but after that it works really smoothly. Picture is clear, even at night. The app is handy for checking cameras remotely, and the motion alerts are useful. Overall solid system for keeping an eye on your home.

Installation seemed simple as far as the wiring goes. I was able to get the cameras live, the DVR connected to the Internet and the system hooked up to a TV. I haven't mounted the cameras to the outside where they'll ultimately go, in case there's issues and I don't want to have to take them back down. Once this part was completed, I needed to begin setting up the the specifics through the account and control panel section. I am not sure if I received one that had already been used, but the account was already password protected by an unknown password to me. I had to look up how to reset the password and was able to do that to gain access. Following, I was trying to set the specific details to meet my needs such as alarms, motion detection strengths, and available times for these alarms .. and where I feel it's reasonable to rate this with three stars is because there is almost no information in the booklet about this and it's not intuitive to me. I also feel that the playback option is complicated. I am hoping I can find a manual for these options so I can properly set them. I believed I had motion detection enabled, and alarms enabled, but I haven't received any notifications for such activity. I received error messages that prompted the device to restart. The QR code provided at the beginning to give extra information, doesn't work and the website provided, gives a sight requiring some translation. Overall, not satisfied yet. And I'm not sure I'm keeping it yet. ... show more
