I was doubtful I'd feel safe leaving my new Pixel 7 in the grips of a clip like this, even knowning 8Bitdo makes great gaming accessories. It's snug as a bug. I've walked around with the controller, played it standing/sitting/laying down, and it hasn't budged. So it works perfectly for what I bought it. What I *didn't* think about was the wealth of Android games (and emulators) that this is perfect for. Honestly, this helped turn my phone into what feels like an jailbroken Switch. Works pretty decent. Holds my S23 Ultra with the case on. However, it's not a bulky case. Holds it in there pretty tight, have to really drop or jostle it to have it fall out. Sturdy, doesn't seem like it will break easy.

Sorry wrote a review for another controller that I thought was this one xD. Well put simply this is a great controller with very low latency, the peripheral that keeps the phone intact while you play will sometimes fall towards you and it can get annoying. Even when you tighten the bolts they eventually come loose and because of the weight of the device it will fall forwards towards you. Otherwise than that it's a great device and it plays games like genshin, tower of fantasy, minecraft and stardew valley very well. ... show more

This product is so sturdy and portable.Also you can charge your device while in use. But the thing that annoys me is you have to fix the viewing angle by the hinges overall good product 👍.

The media could not be loaded. This is exactly what I was looking for when I bought this product. I had previously bought a clip that was similar but didn't like where the phone sat on top of the controller. I grew up with a handheld game controller and had this idea suddenly that if they just had a clip that would put the phone in front of the controller, That it would be perfect. Lo and behold somebody has done this, and the results are epic. This thing is honestly genuinely awesome and I seriously *look forward* to playing it all the time. It creates a *perfect* handheld device akin to what I grew up with. My phone is now a Super Nintendo, Sega Genesis, Game Gear, Game Boy, Nintendo 64, PlayStation, and PlayStation 2. And this $20 clip is the only thing that makes this insanity possible. Just get it, you will thank yourself so much later. The only thing that I would like to see fixed in future versions of this clip is something that makes it possible to hold the phone with a case that has a popsocket on the back. You do have to get used to removing your case and get that down to a quick science first. But even still it's well worth it by a long shot. ... show more

Feels super cheap. Contents in box sounded broken before I opened it but was all fine, again feels and sounds cheap. Does not flop down. my phone fits decent as it screws nice and tight but the spring action clamp isn't super tight. Works and does what it's meant to. First day with it so will see how it goes ... show more
