Besides it being flat in all cushions, no legs, and the usb part not working; It’s great with a bit of TLC. Can’t beat the price. I added 10lbs of poly fill, had to buy my own legs so I bought 2 inch legs, and forgot the USB even exists. Customer service is slow, then stops replying to you when it comes to getting stuff down. I bought this couch because I wanted something for a new living space I was building in my basement. The set up was easy. It took me about an hour and half to assemble. The couch came in a massive box and it contained the following: two arm rests, two arm rest cushions, the back rest, the two back couch pillows, the two cushions, the legs, the main couch base, screws and a tool. While set up was easy, and while the directions were really just a bunch of pictures, it did well eplaining it. The size of this couch is pretty typical for a family-sized couch. Definitely can sit about 4-5 average sized people with no issues. As far as the sturdiness, it seems okay. I will wait to see how it holds up in 6 months or more. As far as the build quaility. That leaves some things to be desired. I do like the charge port though. Although don't expect fast charging because that does not exist. What you get is something to charge your gaming controllers or your phone or laptop. It's serviceable. The only thing that you will not like about this couch is the back rest and the cushions. The back rest is low, and it's not close enough the rest of the couch. This creates a gap. The back cushions would help with this gap, if only they were fluffed up enough to do so. These back pillows are way too flat. More cotton/cushion should have been included in the box to fluff up the pillow to my liking. Overall, the couch is OK. The fabric feels good, building it was easy, and its a great size. However the build quality of the cushions and the back rest needs improvement as the back rest could be higher and pushed closer to the frame. The way the screw holes are places, makes that impossible unless you want to go screwing more holes. I am not estatic over this purchase, nor am I bummed. It's more like, "oh, it's a couch." Nothing to haw over. However if you purchase this couch just know you will need more pillows, or more stuffing. ... show more

This sofa looked so nice in the pics but after putting it together it's so cheap looking it's put together with cheap made materials it's not wood frame so it'll probably hold up about 1 month before it falls apart such a waste of money im so disappointed I've waited a long time to get a good sofa I cried after seeing i had spent all my money on some junky furniture ... show more

plug in does not work . was shipped to me in broken box ; two of the couch cushions were already unsealed!! on top of missing parts and no instructions!!! if considering buying you’ll need pillows for the back of the couch being that it’s HARD and NOT comfortable without the pillows. wrote the seller and have been ignored so i’ll leave this comment in case anyone else was looking to purchase. ... show more
