Packaged carefully and well. Easy to put together for this senior. Well designed Scooter as many do not have the additional pegs that should really be there on all of them and are not. Not only is there a convenient basket utilized on the platform but foot pegs extend where there can be comfortably utilized. Seat will not lower to suggested 28.5 inches where it can be secured, but rather more like 29.5 inches in order to keep seat secure, should this help someone who is shorter. I'm 5'2". Solid, heavy scooter which takes those inclines as promised. Runs well and as fast as I'm comfortable for cruising. I'm delighted with my purchase and hoping for much time of continued enjoyment as such.     • Great every day scooter
For 9 months I was using one of the cheap scooters (Aovo) as my everyday vehicle. I live in the (tiny) mountains and would have to push the thing uphill. My first test of this scooter was to see if it could make it up the hill to my work. It went 8-10 mph up the hill. No pushing required. But there are steeper hills that it won’t go up, so I’ll try to avoid those, because this thing weighs 70 lbs and I’m a small woman. I’m very satisfied with the look, handling, feel, ease of use, and power of this scooter. The instructions for assembly are straightforward and easy to follow. The tires were a little flat upon arrival, so I pumped them up and they’ve held pressure. Putting the back seat on was a bit of a hassle, but I got there. The battery lasts about 3 days for me before needing a charge. (1-4 miles a day on hilly city terrain.) The top speed is 19.5 miles on flat stretches, but can go 25-30 downhill. My 6 year old loves riding on the back. It felt a little unsafe, so I bought some safety straps to tie him to me. (I’m considering buying a child seat with handles.) I also purchased a cup and phone holder. There’s plenty of room to put them on the scooter without them getting in the way or feeling crowded. The porch sitters in my neighborhood and the outdoor workers at my job have mentioned that they like the look of my new scooter. And my six year old calls it “mom’s motorcycle”. I also like the look of it. This is a seriously cool upgrade from my previous scooter. The only really frustrating part was that you have to sign for it to be delivered. FedEx is not always accommodating and we ended up playing tag for 3 days before I was finally able to be home to receive it. ... show more

power is great going up hill great last scooter i had uphill was a problem not with the wind horse hills no problem only thing i would change horn instead of bell and turn singles and i find turning on the light very very hard should have separate switch would be nice only reason you are getting a 4 star instead of 5 star no horn no turn singles and a better on and off switch for light needs to be separate from display ... show more

AWESOME E SCOOTER. Easy to put together. High quality, Safe, and Fun to Ride. I took the basket off, added a U-lock, and got 2 cool helmets. Excited to bring it to Camping Festivals and Ginnie Springs Camping trips with the basket to pickup ice and groceries for camp. I love my WindHorse C3 Max. ❤️

So far it’s been amazing the only thing I didn’t know was that someone has to have id at the door so just keep that in mind to everyone but this scooter is amazing there hasn’t been any issues with the tire. Nothing it’s fun I’m absolutely grateful. And how much it cost is perfect. The color of it is OK I would’ve preferred like pink but other than that everything went great. I had this product for about a month and already have a flat tire. You would think it is easy to replace the tire yourself but the lug nuts or bolts is extremely tight and very difficult to loosen. I'm not locating any videos for WindHorse Rear tire replacement or to remove. Any recommendation?
