I received the electric scooter well packaged. It was easy to put together and understand the instructions. It came fully charged and so far, so good. Its been great and my family loves it. The basket is bigger than I expected. I will say the back seat is pretty small but its for my kids so its perfect for us. I will update my review if my opinion changes but its been great so far! These could not be more perfect for our family! I bought them to take camping in our RV. The little seat on the back is perfect for my 6yo and 3yo. It run smoothly and charge up easily. The battery hasn’t ran out on us yet. I rode it 2-3 times for maybe 10 or so minutes each while camping last week.

We love the E-Scooter... it is so easy to ride... so quiet and confortable... My son loves it... The main reason why we bought it is for our son to go to school. The cargo and the extra seat it is perfect... he place and strap his backpack on the passenger seat and his lunch box, water bottle and his trumpet case in the cargo and he can go to school with no problem... his school is about 2 miles away from home with no problem... (I am training him to cross the big busy roads since he always takes the bus or we take him to school) The e-scooter will give him more freedom, and responsibility... just for reference he is 5'2" and weights 120lbs... when we ride it together combine is 290lbs... the Scooter states to hold up to 330lbs... it really delivers and it doesn't slow us down. ... show more

It broke after only two months of use; the quality is very poor. After a full charge, the battery level drops by several bars after driving for just a short while.
