Scooter is difficult to put together as it doesn't come out of box with both wheels, and the brake pad can be stubborn to figure out. Had some trouble at the start with it not turning on or seemingly charging. Seller finally responded and informed me there's a small silver button by the charging port that is there to protect the battery. Clicking this button allowed the scooter to start. Have not taken it out yet as I'm still waiting on bike lock and hi-vis helmet stickers, but it seems to work well. The lights are strong and the horn is loud. The turn signal is a big plus. The basket is small but I may be able to replace that later if I need, and it seems the foot area can be used for bags and such as well. If the page had better assembly instructions and the manual or page mentioned the button, this would be 5 stars 🙏 ... show more

This little scooter exceeded by expectations! Well worth the money and I would recommend it to anyone. It's not great going up steep hills, but that's to be expected. It goes quite fast and I weigh over 220 lb. It's great over grass and gravel and other surfaces you would be surprised. Absolute JUNK. This scooter never worked a single minute after I received it. The seller refuses to fix the problem and wants me to pay to ship it back at the cost of $210.00 I have been dealing with this issue for 2 months now and nothing has been done. I am just out $327 for a box full of junk metal. Wanted to update my review. I did finally get a prepaid return label and a full refund, BUT I fought for months and had to file a case with the Attorney General to get any action from the company. I absolutely love my e-scooter! Best thing ever invented. I have been able to achieve optimal speed on all 3 settings, even tho the battery drains faster the faster you go…common sense. It’s been decades since I’ve been on a bike of any sort. A little nervous at first, but quickly composed myself and have enjoyed the ride since. 100% recommend.
