All my packages came at same time. Assembly is in 3 phases, each box had the same complete instruction book, but each phase was not completely together in the same box. I immediately started opening boxes and just separated by letters. A's here, B's here. Not all A's or the other letters are the same, but it is very easy to follow the instructions. You won't get it mixed up. 3 hardware kits, it's pretty easy. Picture Book Difficulty :) The one large headboard piece was Letter M. There was no sticker on it, but there were no M stickers either. Pretty easy. It's not a thick grandma's pull-out bed type of couch, but seems sturdy. I probably should have got the 3 year warranty, and I only have one kid. This isn't a couch to front-flip off the island on to, but it is nice and comfy and seems to be worth the cost. Assembly took about 2-3 hours casually I think. I used impact drill. Luckily it's 1 screw head size, then the socket for the nuts basically (provided). Communication with seller was easy and transparent. Idk what else people might be looking for in these reviews. It smelled completely fine. Good purchase. They say to air it out for a while, but I just assembled it immediately it didn't mess up anything. OH! And a little trick for the double sided threaded bolts with no head, they can get stuck hand tightening it so tighten down one of the nuts all the way to the end of the exposed thread that sticks up, and you can thread those bolts that don't have a head WAY easier using the nut as the head. Then just loosen the nut back off of it. You'll understand what I mean. Thank You

I purchased the 7 seater sofa. At first I thought the sofa was going to be too small. But as everything pieced together it ended up being a good size. It fits perfectly in my living room. I love that it has 2 storage compartments for pillows or extra blankets. It is easy to assemble just make sure you assemble box by box so you don’t get confused with the pieces lol. Everything is labeled and it even includes video instructions on how to put together. It is comfortable and perfect for my family. It moves easily if you need to move it. It cleans easily with a little soap and water. The fabric is smooth and soft. It’s sturdy and doesn’t seem to be able to break easily. I love the look of the sofa! I can’t wait until I put together the rest of my living room.

I want to give my honest review of this couch. One significant difference in the actual couch vs the photos here is the back of the couch is actually much thinner than in the photos. It’s made with metal framing that is very thin covered in fabric with no sort of padding. Also, the back of the couch does not angle back far. Which makes the couch pretty uncomfortable, as your back is up at almost a 90 degree angle. The quality of the couch overall is good. It was easy to assemble and I didn’t really run into any issues in that regard. Like others have said. The cushions are quite thin and also not super soft. The couch is also quite low to the ground, so if you’re looking for that oversized super soft couch, this probably isn’t the one. I do love the pull out bed/chaise which is super nice, ans the storage is great too. For the cost of the couch I think the quality and comfort are good. I don’t love it, I don’t hate it.

I got the black color. A really great couch, especially for the price. I've had it for almost a year now and I haven't had issues with sagging or uncomfortable wear and tear. Really, no wear and tear at all and I have a child under 10. The cushions are firm, but it's one of those things where it forms to you as you sit and feels super comfy. It's very easy to clean. One tip I will give about the pull out extension piece; when putting the couch together you have to connect the sections with lag bolts. The way the bolt pattern/direction is set up, if you over tighten them, it sorta widens the bottom of that couch section, thereby making the tracks farther apart. When that happens, the pull out extension constantly falls off the tracks. No, the couch isn't broken or a faulty item. Just back the bolts out a little bit and it won't make the space between the tracks wider than they are supposed to be. 🤙

I have had this couch for 4 months. The couch comes in 5 large boxes, not at the same time. There was 4 days between the first box and the last box. It was easy to assemble, only taking maybe 1.5 hours from start to finish. The back rest isn’t very talk as the images show. I am 5’9” and the top of the back rest is in the middle of my shoulder blades. The back cushions on the corner and edges can’t be rotated to prevent wearing in certain spots. You are able to swap the others. The seat cushions can all be swapped other than the corner cushion. The material wears down like your pants do where your legs rub together. That meaning the material breaks down and forms small fabric balls. In these for months, using each night after work, the cushions have wore down way faster than any couch I have seen. The cushions on the 1990s couch that this one replaced, held up better than this couch. I gave it a three because the storage is really nice, having the pull out bed is nice for when family comes over to stay, and it is fairly comfortable. Downside would be how fast it is wearing down. I would be surprised if this $1000 couch makes it two years before I have to replace it. If your plans are to use it occasionally rather than every night, this would probably be a good couch for you. If your plans want to use it everyday, I wouldn’t recommend, just spend the extra money for a better couch.

I spent $1400 on a sectional from Costco a few years ago and it was great. I wanted something cheaper for my basement and found this. I’ve had this sofa for a few months now and it has been great. It’s definitely not as big and cushy as options from Costco, but it was $600 cheaper. I got a 5 piece sectional from Costco and it is noticeably bigger than this 7-8 piece set. The Bad: I took off a star for the deceptive advertising. The dimensions they provided for this sofa are accurate and I ordered it based on the dimensions so it worked out fine for me. But it did bother me when I took a closer look at the pictures where you see a man sitting in the sofa and his back is fully supported by the sofa. The reality is, it goes about halfway up your back. The pictures do make it look bigger than it really is, but again the dimensions provided are accurate. Back when I bought this it said the normal price was $1300, but it was on sale for $850. This also was misleading as it implied you were getting a good deal. As of writing this review the listed price is still $850, but it no longer claims to be a $1300 sofa. (It’s a decent sofa, but I’d be very upset if I spent that much on this since the quality is not the same as what you’d expect a $1300+ sofa to be) The back cushions are held in place by Velcro. It startles me when we move on the sofa since it sounds like something is tearing when the Velcro moves. I have noticed over time that once they’re broken in, the Velcro has a tighter hold so it’s not as bad now. I still wished they used zippers instead of Velcro to hold the cushions in place. The good: This delivered in 4 boxes. I was impressed how little space they took up and how efficiently these were packed. The hollow construction allowed them to stuff the cushions in the frame of the sofa sections. These are incredibly lightweight yet sturdy. If you have to move a lot these would be super easy to move. I also liked the storage space they provide. That’s the one design advantage these have over the Costco variants I looked at. Conclusion: This was the best value sectional sofa I could find that had the most seats for the price. It works. It looks decent. I don’t think you’ll find a better option for the price unless you get lucky and find something on clearance at a local furniture store. I’m happy with this as a secondary sectional for my basement, but I would personally want something better for a primary sofa. If you can’t afford something better, this will do the job just fine. I still wouldn’t pay more than $850 for this.
