Update: after less than 2 months of super light the recliner from one side broke. Pictures here In the beginning I was having trouble opening the back rest support legs. But then I popped them open with a screwdriver :) I slept on it its suuuper comfy, love the extra storage space and love that I can charge my phone there. ... show more

I adore my couch! The cushions are firm but the material is soft and comfy. I am 5 6" and can lay dowbetween the armrests perfectly. It was easy to put together for the most part. I love the adjustable backrests.

Update to my prior review: While my opinion has not changed about the product itself, the customer service team was very helpful and willing to go above and beyond to resolve my concern. I appreciate the personalized experience in resolution. Changed from 1 star to 4. Let's start with how ungodly heavy this thing is. I would assume the purpose of a small, basic Amazon couch, should be lighter. No, it's heavier than the one I almost purchased from a chain store. Next, the odor. This thing smells disgusting. Toxic. The assembly. Might as well throw the instructions out because they're not going to help you. The brackets are installed backward so that you have to lift the heavier part off the ground to slide them together. Did I mention the smell? My cats don't even want to sit on it. The backrest hinges are also backward installed. Had to fix that part myself. There are dozens of tiny staples falling out of the arm rests and bottom. Comfort? So far, can't say that it's fun to sit on. Maybe some extra filling will puff it up a bit. The pull out sofa portion is literally connected to NOTHING. there are 2 brackets that block it from pulling completely separate from the base, but other than that it's wobby, and makes zero sense. The support brackets that support the headrests when fully converting it to a sleeper, are unsightly, so don't expect to have this couch floating in a room, will need to be against a wall, and then you'll have to slide it away and time you want to convert it. Let's talk about the odor some more. Disgusting. I have a migraine after spending 3 hours trying to assemble this tool free assembly nightmare. Lesson learned today, you get what you pay for. If you're looking for a small couch, keep scrolling beyond this one. ... show more

I’ve only had it one night but already in love with it! This was easy to assemble and exactly what I expected for the price and such. I was able to get it all set up in about an hour by myself - and that includes moving my old couch out of the way.
