If you're looking for a very powerful bike, you've come to the right place! I live in the ancient mountains of NC and, while the battery certainly doesn't go up to 50 miles pure electric here (bc... Mountains lol. That is calculated using flat terrain, and I expected as much) it is the ONLY ebike I have found that consistently tackles the hills with no problem- WITH a dog carriage in the back!! Rides like a scooter, freaking awesome. It terrified the local bike place I took it to for a tune up bc of the speed- which was all I needed to know to confirm I got the most motorcycle-like ebike out there! One recommendation- take it to a legit bike shop after assembly to make sure the brakes and everything is on point. They needed to fix some stuff with mine and it's no joke with this speed, power, and weight. Plan on it for safety! However, that is no issue of the manufacturer and it is an amazing bike!! I doordash with it and consistently go up and down mountain roads. The battery usually lasts for 3 doordash orders (2 hours). I'm saving up for more batteries to help with this, but it wildly exceeds my other ebike's abilities and stamina. Side note: the battery's assessment of the amount of charge and the display might read a little differently. Just deal- it is worth it for this bike, you'll just have to F around and find out lol. It's off brand, and that's part of the joy of it, which is why it is so amazing for the cost, so understand that when you buy it but also know it's worth it. Have fun. Mine arrived with a bent rotor and they replaced it and threw in extra brakes and brake pads and even a goodie bag! If you want another battery- it is cheaper to hunt the stats and find a $400 one vs what they sell. Be aware this comes with risk, embrace it. Otherwise, dish out the cash to buy another from them- almost twice as much. If you're just using for a general commute (10 miles or less both ways, I my moderate hills) then you are good but that WILL take the whole charge. I use for delivery in the mountains, and it holds up, but I can only do 3 dashes on one battery (with a dog carriage being pulled behind it soooooo...). Yeah, an amazing bike. I call it BB. The bike is great. I did have an issue with the tires. I think the rear was damaged in shipping. Normally I would deduct a start for that, but the customer support made up for it. They were excellent to working with. They paid for replacement tires. The bike and customer support are excellent!

The bike lived up to the feedback. It is solidly constructed and great for the price. It is a very comfortable, nice looking machine and I have accessorized it to the nines. I had my previous Ebike for a year and it stated it would do 24 miles per hour, but I never found the downhill stretch able to see that happen, let alone if it could do it, it would not be safely. This unit is all I hoped it would be, with all the power advertised. It brakes soundly and confidently from 40 miles per hour to a complete and gentle stop in a matter of feet. Note: the installation video has steps not required, and regrettably a few that were needed to make the set up perfect, namely, there are spacers required for fork and front brake proper alignment, which are in the package, but not showed in the installation video. There is also a gear protector in the box, which can be seen in a different video. Customer service was polite and fast in responses, and included a PDF with images to help with those missing issues. Just make certain you remove the plastic retainer that protects the front brake pads during shipping. ... show more

What an excellent and awesome E-bike , everything that it says on the label before I bought it is true , very good quality product, the battery is extremely strong and powerful, I’m super happy with this product and I will recommend this E-bike to friends and family, it took me less than an hour to assemble it by myself. The battery comes FULLY charge and ready to go immediately once is assembled, all the tools are inside to assemble it yourself like I did.
