    • It works great and cools down my room very quickly

It works great for my living room and keeps the whole room cold even when it's over 90 degrees outside. It is a little loud, but it doesn't bother me that much. It was super easy to set up. And it was a great price for how great it works and how great the performance is. And I love that I can either use the remote it comes with, or the app that you can download that you can control it with. You can also control it with Alexa. And it's super easy to move around since it has wheels and it isn't too heavy. ... show more

    • One of my best purchases.
Have been running this for the past couple of days. It's extremely easy to setup on the app, Alexa, and the physical setup was a breeze if you try to ignore the lack of a good manual. The noise level of the fans is much more quiet than the hurrican fan I used before, while the compressor makes a bit of noise but it runs at a reasonable noise level. Temperature control is amazing. I use Alexa to set it from anywhere away from the system. And it cools my room in a matter of moments. The exhaust hose looks a bit tacky running from the window but if you're creative with some houseplants you could definitely hide it more. All in all, one of the best products I bought in the past 2 years. The value is great and you won't regret this one. ... show more

    • This Air Conditioner SUCKS
I bought this air conditioner because I live in an apartment where I can't use old-style window units, which is what I had before. After researching and reading reviews, I only found one bad review among the many I looked at. Unfortunately, I ended up with that faulty unit; it seemed to have the same issues described in the negative review. I set up the air conditioner and waited 24 hours before turning it on. I moved my mattress back into my room, as I had been sleeping in the living room due to the heat. Initially, it seemed to be working well, and I slept great for three nights. However, on the fourth night, it started displaying an E4 error code and would shut itself off, only to turn back on intermittently. Now, it shuts off and doesn't want to come back on at all. I need to have a cool environment in my room to avoid headaches, but without proper airflow, I couldn't go to work today. This air conditioner works when it wants to, and it SUCKS. I would be careful when buying this. ... show more

    • Good product, excellent support!
My wife loves plants. Our house and Florida room are full of them, as is our front porch and garden ares, She uses our Tiki room to work on her plants and keep the tools and such she uses on them. The Florida room is and outdoor screened in area. The Tiki room is a walled and window enclosed area between the Florida room and house. It is always quite warm to hot in the Tiki room so I bought this portable air conditioner to make things more comfortable. She set the unit to 73 and in almost no time the room was 73! The unit comes with slide in panels, for a window, that allow the exhaust tube to connect. I had a problem though, my windows are 6 feet tall sliding windows and the unit comes with 48 inches of panel. The instructions suggested I contact the supplier if there were any concerns. I contacted them and they sent, free of charge, an additional set of panel peeices that fit the 6 foot window perfectly! Excellent support! ... show more

    • Best Buy of the year!
I waited to see how this unit would function. After re reading the instructions, it does a great job. You can have just the fan, just the dehumidifier or the air conditioner. I hooked up the drain hose because it cools bettter when it’s drained. You have to tilt the unit for the water to run out and make sure the drain tube free flows or it won’t cool well. That’s the only down side to the unit. It rolls easily and is very quiet, Temperature is easily controlled, I get a chill if I leave it in the 64-68 degree range. Cost was a great deal, I did purchase an extended warranty for it because I’d be lost without it in this heat. You’ll be happy you bought this! ... show more

    • Great Portable AC
This 8000 BTU portable air conditioner is perfect for cooling small to medium-sized rooms up to 350 sq. ft. It operates quietly, especially in sleep mode (around 50 dB), making it great for bedrooms. The 4-in-1 functionality (cool, fan, dry, sleep) is very convenient, and the built-in dehumidifier works well on muggy days. Setup was straightforward with the included window kit. ... show more

This little air conditioner is just what I needed to supplement my mini split. It was easy to set up, runs beautifully, and I can easily move it to another room.
