I actually used this as a windbreaker for my patio which faces north. The winds are cold and harsh for my animals. Using the privacy screen for this purpose, has been great. It defers the wind enough to create a safe space for all our animals and it even warms the back of the house just a bit keeping the wind down when we go through the door. I can only imagine how well it will work for its intended purpose :-)

It's a great thing to have all of these sizes to choose from. I can't imagine any privacy usage you couldn't accomplish with one or a combination of a couple/few of these screens. We have a tiny house - a Park Model in an RV park which is a lovely place to spend the winter months. We have only the space our Park Model takes plus a carport - no other outdoor space and absolutely no outdoor privacy: We are right up against the next unit. In order to more fully enjoy the outdoors we wanted a little privacy, so we opted for these privacy screens. We got this really long one (26 feet long - pictured) to go almost all of the way along the outside of our carport, and then the next year, we got the shorter one (also pictured). We needed these privacy "walls" to be temporary, since we don't want them left up in the 7 months we are not here (it gets really hot here and windy sometimes, just don't want to take chances leaving them up). We also wanted air flow (because it gets hot here even in the winter), so we elected to keep the privacy screens off the surface of the driveway by about 1 foot and off the ceiling by about 1 foot, therefore the 8 feet width of the screening was perfect (which turned out to be an 8 foot height in a more landscape orientation). We fastened the panel to a frame we constructed ourselves from metal electrical conduit (purchased from the Home Depot) via the zip ties provided with the privacy screen. There is a shed (not pictured) on the 3rd side and our Park Model runs along the 4th side, so this effectively made a private outdoor space for us. It feels like a room outside. We have a giant SUV and there is still space to park completely under the carport with what we've done for a patio space, so everything worked out quite nicely and we ended up with an outdoor "room" at an incredibly good price! We could even afford a small beverage refrigerator for the space and we love how it turned out. There are so many possibilities and such a reasonable price. Just get creative and go for it!

This proved to be an excellent product and accomplished what we were looking for it to do. We needed to create an outdoor privacy wall but also needed it to endure wind and rain. This has served us well and has held up to wind and rain! Looks great as well!
