  • Easy to assemble
Pattern Name: Privacy Screen
Great looking, easy to put together, sturdy. I used mine as a garden gate because it is so attractive. Not for heavy duty use but works great in the garden.

  • This is an awesome little fence, but instructions are a bit off
Pattern Name: Privacy Screen
I have used it to cover 2 sides of the A/C unit and it was easy to put together. (I will plant a few wisteria plants to go around the fence and make it really a green fence. + I will get some noise protection.) However, do not follow the directions until the end. After you attach the slats, do not screw the bottom screws to the plastic spikes. Take the fence with the spikes barely attached to it and set it on the ground and push the spikes in as much as you can. (Before you do that, you should also pour a bucket of warm water over where the spikes are to go into the ground, if the ground is not wet. Or, use a garden hose to water the ground down for a few minutes.) After the fence is well positioned, remove the fence and leave the spikes into the ground. Use duct tape to wrap the end of the spikes, about 3-4 times over. Get a hammer and a 2x2 end (any spare wood board will make, but at least 1 inch thick.). Put the 2x2 end on top of the duct tape ends and hammer the spikes in until you have about 5 inches left out. Remove the duct tape and put the fence posts in. Use a level and assess if you need to adjust the depth of the spikes. Repeat until the fence is level and about 48 inches tall, at the tallest point. When done, screw the ends in and you are done. Easy peasy! However, on my first go around I damaged the spikes (cracked them) because I failed to use duct tape to wrap the spike ends. (I also did not use a 2x2 piece of wood. Duh!). I sent an email to the manufacturer and they promptly shipped 4 new spikes. Great stuff! ... show more

  • Assemble upside down for less work
Pattern Name: Privacy Screen
These turned out great, and they really look nice in front of my shed. I built 1 panel and it was so hard to get the slats in. I slipped and it hit the inside of my arm and it left a really nasty bruise. On the second, I assembled the middle two pieces to the sides and then I slid the slats up from the bottom of the middle section. When I got them all in, I installed the bottom rail and the pushed the slats down into that, it was so easy. I was able to do my other 2 in a half hour total. ... show more

  • It looks good and does what its supposed to do....
Pattern Name: Privacy Screen
The fence units went together easily. The first one took a bit longer. The second one was done in approximately 15 minutes. Installing took me slightly longer as there were some hidden obstacles underground that needed to be taken care of (primarily brick construction debris). The only thing I would mention is that it would have been better if it was slightly longer. ... show more

  • AWESOME!!! SUPER PRICE, LOOKS TERRIFIC, MADE WELL, HAPPY-HAPPY!!!
Pattern Name: Privacy Screen
Absolutely love this privacy screen/fence. Looks great, will add picture at later date, not installed in yard yet, just put it together and had to review. I'm 70 years old and had no problem putting it together, not even an hour for the 2. Just read the great assembly instructions, I don't think the directions could be much more detailed. Time consuming, yes, but very simple. The only thing that threw me for a bit was adding the pickets. Just need to get through the first slot of rail with a good push, tilt a little if have to, but pops in, goes through 2nd with little push, and last rail make sure picket in slot then pop in. Haven't seen such a good manual for listing all parts/materials you should get and instructions. Cannot understand reviews saying it was so hard to assemble. They must not have put many things together in their lifetime, cause this was a piece of cake!!! ... show more

  • Difficult assembly!!
Pattern Name: Privacy Screen
It looks so nice put together, but lemme tell you!! It tore my hands up trying to put it together. The install is pretty intuitive, but some parts were mislabeled in the one I bought. Trying to get the vertical slats through each horizontal one scraped my hands a good one. It's hard to push them through with the notch on the vertical slats, and I felt like I was gonna impale myself! Honestly, I'd rather screw them in at the bottom. I will say it held up nicely to a recent strong, windy storm we had. Overall it works as described and makes my AC look better. It was just frustrating to assemble! ... show more

  • The best addition to my backyard
Pattern Name: Privacy Screen
I recently bought the Enclo Privacy Screens ZP19036 to hide my air conditioner in the backyard, and it’s been fantastic. It was super easy to set up by myself, and the quality is impressive, especially since it’s made to withstand outdoor conditions. The screen not only does a great job of covering the AC unit but also enhances my garden’s look with its sleek white vinyl. It fits perfectly with the outdoor decor and can also be used to conceal things like garbage bins or pool gear. I’m really happy with how it adds a touch of elegance while offering privacy and tidiness to my outdoor space. Definitely a worthwhile purchase, earning a solid 5 stars from me for its effectiveness and style. ... show more

  • wear gloves! I lost some knuckle skin on this stuff!
Pattern Name: Privacy Screen
I went over the instructions many times to be sure I didn't miss anything. Maneuvering the pickets into their home spots was very difficult for me, I don't have strong hands. I used a persuader (hammer) for the bottom part. Otherwise, I needed brute strength to get the picket into its spots, and, the drill bit provided was NOT able to penetrate the aluminum "feet" that went into the bottom of the end posts. I ended up just drilling in the two screws from either side. Then I inserted the aluminum foot and it stopped at the screws. If this isn't successful, I plan to dig a hole for the aluminum foot, get it in there, and maneuver the bottom posts to to go over them. Wish me luck! This was awful!!! And, it was way too expensive for this much anguish!! ... show more
