For the price it is a great starter pack. The bag alone would cost the same, and you get several more items to kick start your riding. The lights are brighter than I expected and battery seems to be fairly lasting, and they are a breeze to set up. Don’t know ir they are waterproof but I have been caught under the rain with them on and are still working perfectly. I find the mirror to be very useful, and it’s actually good that it’s plastic so I don’t need to worry about breaking it. Some items are cheap-ish (like the pump, bell, and maybe the lock) but again is like they are included for free, and work good enough for your basic riding. From there on you can upgrade whatever you need the most, and keep the originals as a back up

We picked up a bicycle for our son to ride to school and were looking for accessories to outfit it. The B-Soul Bike Pannier comes with most everything you need to outfit a bike; headlight, tail light, bell, tire pump, rear reflector, combination lock, and water bottle holder. Once you have all of the accessories installed, you simply attach the case to the top bike tube and use the case for storage when you are riding. The top of the case has a clear pocket to put your cell phone that makes it easily viewable while riding and it easily detachable. There's ample storage in the case for items you would normally carry in your pockets that get in the way sometimes while riding. For the price, it's a good value. The quality of the accessories is good and we have not had any issues.

If you just spent all your money on a bike and need all the supplies but are tight on cash, get this set to tide you over. 1. Bell- easy to install and crucial to have on your bike as most people can't hear you with earbuds on so RINGING this bell, gets their attention. 2. Phone bag- best quality item in the set. You can use this for other things if you don't want it on your bike. 3. Air pump-only for emergencies and back up as it super small and lightweight. 4. Combo lock- decent quality- you would pay $10 for this alone at the store. 5. Water bottle holder- not impressed and I didn't install it, as I already have one. 6. USB rechargeable bike lamp- I have several of these and they work really well for safety at night. Helpful to have a few in case you forget to charge it or one gets stolen because you leave it on the bike. 7. Headlamp- I love this and decided to keep it IN MY ROOM so if there is an emergency at night or the power goes out, I have a tiny lamp that is VERY BRIGHT, right by my bed. I have already used it for this reason. 8. Bicycle mirror-I did not install this and I don't think it would be very effective. Overall, a starter set and helpful if you are on a budget or in a pinch. I went to REI to buy a light and they wanted $30 for the CHEAP one and it wasn't even bright enough. Get this set for $30 and skip the trip to the store.

So, as you can imagine, none of this is REI level quality stuff. However, whereas you may pay the price of this whole set for one light there, this is a fair value. It also saves you the time of having to search for all of the individual items you would want to have for your bike accessories. The lights are great and work well for increasing visibility-both for yourself and others. The one touch operation makes them easy to use. The bag is good looking and large, and holds a large smartphone in it without any problem. I find a bell redundant as I find saying, "On your right!" gets recognized more quickly, so it has become a fun toy for my son. I never use off brand locks, as I have a possibly paranoid fear that it may malfunction, leaving me stuck somewhere, but I did test and find that it opened fine.

So this little kit is okay but you get what you pay for. The mirrors SUCK. Like 1000% they don't stay put and broke withing 3 days. They are also really small and don't give a great view of behind you. The little pump works but it's super small and awkward but to have something small and compact for emergencies it's nice to have but I'd get a backup and not rely on it for your main pump. The bag for the phone is really nice it got alot of good use out of it until one day after about 6 months it decided it just didn't want to open anymore. The zipper is stuck shut and turned green and white. I have stuff in there that I haven't been able to get out for a few months now might have to cut it open if I can't get the zipper to work. The little rechargeable light is GREAT it works really well and is really bright the only downside is that it's easy to remove and so mine was unfortunately stolen. The bell is okay. It worked for a while but then stopped working maybe it's the humid atmosphere I live in or maybe it's just super cheap, I'm personally not a fan of that style bell, I bought the kit for the light and the lock cable. I can't speak on the bottle holder as I've yet to install it it's pretty thin and I didn't want to spend the time installing it for it not to work so I just never did. The lock is great, works very well, it's not as long as others I've had but it's been used for about a year and still looks and functions great.
