This little instrument, which seems or looks like a toy, is beautifully made. The wood itself is warm, solid, and nicely shaped and finished. Soft edges with no burrs or chance of splinters. Keys seem adequately attached and not at all flimsy. Just playing around with it (no pun intended) for a short while, I was able to make some semblance of pleasing music, though I am not the least bit musically inclined. This kalimba is small enough to tuck into your bag for some peaceful passing the time when out. I hope to become more familiar with actually playing tunes on this. I do recommend it ... show more
