In the process of trying to return the couch now, it’s a process because I let in expand for 3 days like the instructions say and there’s no way to send it back packaged. I ordered Teal, but got grey. :( I needed it for guests and was going to put it my son's room after so we had to open it anyway. It's unfortunate but it's ok. The media could not be loaded. This thing is perfect in terms of space and very comfortable. Our golden can now lay on this "couch" with me! All the dimensions are as advertised and this is a twin style bed. The fabric is thick and sturdy. I love the modern vibe! One of the best purchases this year.

This product does not have a zipper to close the gap when opened into a mattress, despite the description indicating there's a soft zipper to prevent guests from falling into the gap. False advertising.

So I recuev3d this couch about 3 weeks ago when 8 first recieve it it was vac sealed and rolled righted in a box. Talk about small packaging that's why the 2 stars and not 1. I cut the vac bag open and left it for 3 days before I went t9 sat on it. It was still half expanded. It doesn't matterif I flipped it over or try warmer temp in the house. It's 72 f don't touch the temp garage. So it's it cold. Yet even if warmer to 76 the couch didn't expand any more. They want to charge to send it back for a refund no exchange option ... show more
