My air conditioner part of my central unit quit working and cannot be fixed and I cannot afford a new one. Inside my house in the afternoon gets to the mid to upper 80s. Would this heat mess up my Tylenol and other similar over the counter medicines?. Alex

As effective as brand name but at a much better price

I have used acetaminophen in place of brand name (Tylenol) for years and have never noticed any lack of effectiveness when comparing the two. As far as pain relief, I don't think any OTC pain med is really as effective as advertised but overall they do provide some pain relief and this product perfor
ms just as well as the brand name and it has not exhibited any adverse effects different from the brand name. If Tylenol helps you than I think you will find this much less expensive generic product as effective and no different from the more expensive brand name.

I got such a great deal on a huge supply. I would have never found this in a brick and mortar store at thus price. Also, the incentive spending health care cards would lead you to a much higher price with limited solection. Save the money in my opinion.

Needed to find a replacement product that was once carried by my local membership store which was discontinued. Found it as an Amazon Basic Care item. Same mg strength, same container quantity, in the same two pack as carried by my membership store and less expensive. Thank you Amazon Basic Care.

Amazon Extra Strength "Tylenol" works great

This bottle of Amazon generic "tyelnol" is definitely a good value for the money. It works just as good as the name brand Tylenol and I don't think I will run out for quite awhile and have plenty to share as it came with 500 caplets.

I like that I’m able to get so many tablets for such a low price. These work just as good as the name brand pain reliever tablets but cost significantly less. MUST BUY!
