This was the best value I could find for a pretty large quantity that has exactly the same active ingredients at the same dose. Easy to swallow & definitely the same familiar shape &- color & size. It literally works exactly the same. This is helpful for my post major dental work pain. Even with a swollen mouth they go down very easy. I put a handful in a smaller bottle inside my purse which was a better value vs buying 2 sizes. You can just refill older bottles of this in smaller sizes too ... show more
