After reading manual it is a snap to use. I have yet to use the basket. I have made salmon cooked perfectly. Very crispy shrimp tempura and fries. Cooked a rotisserie chicken perfectly in 30 mins that was so juicy it was like I bought it at the store. Works great!

    • Doesn't cook evenly
I put a tray of veggies on one rack and another below it on another rack and the ones on top were nice and crispy but not bottom rack, same with chicken a very big disappointment.

    • Door doesn’t stay closed all the way which means it can’t work.
It worked well for a few days and then the door stopped staying closed. It can’t run with the door open, so basically makes it useless.
