A great Ladder for my Class A Motorhome. Takes very little space, extremely easy to use. Actually, height expanded is 12'7". The only thing I would add (and did) is, add some cut to size pool noodles on the top two steps, to add protection from the metal ladder scratching / scraping the top of the coach. $.99 addition, it's now perfect.

Very strong and VERY heavy. Needed a permanent ladder for a bedroom window as a fire escape and this is perfect. Couldn’t use a rope type ladder as grandma wouldn’t be able to traverse it easily enough. This was the perfect solution.

We have built a loft in our shop and have been using an 8' ladder to access it, but the ladder comes up short and it's a bit sketchy coming down from the loft. This ladder is just the ticket for expanding to the right height and leaning against the top edge of the wall so that we can dismount closer to the loft floor than with a folding ladder. It seems plenty sturdy and doesn't flex at all under my husband's weight. The telescoping mechanism works great; you just needs to keep your hands out of the way when you collapse it - ask me how I know.

This is the coolest and most handy ladder ever. A full 12feet+ ladder in a size you can throw in the back of your car or store under your bed or in any small space. It's heavy enough to trust the weight is sturdy, but light enough to carry around pretty easily. Opening it up is a breeze. I had a bit of a struggle, but, really, it's all there in the instructions if I paid better attention. And once you know what to do, it's super easy. I was nervous about closing it and smashing a finger because I was not sure what would happen, but there is sort of a safety built in in that it doesn't just slam down fast and hard, it's slower and leaves a space between. The metal has a really nice finish on it and the feet are grippy and rubber and pretty wide. The hooks at the top are handy for additional stability if usable, but gladly slide flush for storage or are easily removed. This ladder is going to have a ton of great uses! And really, the cost was reasonable - I think we paid about the same for a simple A-frame ladder that is only 8 ft high a few years ago. This is worth way more! Highly recommended for limited space, if you need to transport a ladder easily and just general use.

This is a sturdy ladder that opens and closes smoothly and is conveniently portable. I had no trouble working it. However, the issue with telescoping ladders is that they are not designed for the same abuse as a regular sliding ladder. The tubes must be kept clean and unbent for the sliding mechanism to work. If you don't have the time to clean off dust/paint/etc or if you intend to literally toss it around onto a truck, then this kind of ladder may not work well for you. The instructions even suggest spraying with silicon after each use. So plan ahead whether this will fit your lifestyle.
