It took us a bit to get adjusted to hoverboarding, with that our board took a few scuffs. One of us adults took a wipe out on a sidewalk and curb and later on while transferring surfaces from sidewalk to wooden bridge. The plastic wheel cover on the top cracked, but was easily glued. That’s really the only qualm we have with this board overall, we wish the plastic was a bit stronger over the wheels. Full charge took us roughly 4 miles distance with 195 pounds of rugged man. This board is Pops approved, and that takes a lot to please our technology and mechanically inclined mountain man.

The day after Christmas my sons hover board does nothing but beep at us. I let it charge and it turns on fine, even let’s you ride it, but the minute you do ride it it begins to beep at you non stop and one side lights up red.

I'm learning how to use this hoverboard and having a ton of fun on it. It's not that fast but a good one to learn on. The tires are hard rubber and grip surfaces like concrete and asphalt well but do not respond well to small obstacles on the hard surface. I have attempted to ride on grass and some packed sandy gravel but it's not happening. The tires just spin out and never grab. It does okay rolling over smaller cracks in concrete and asphalt and even a few that are larger. If you are new to hoverboards like I am, be prepared for sore muscles as you learn how to balance on this thing, it's a bit of a workout as you learn.

The hover board looks pretty nice with fancy looking wheels and overall design. It has large footing base suitable for adult sized feet. Fairly quick and stable feeling. It does work on most different terrains but I wouldn't say its all-terrain. It doesn't go too well on bump roads. If it had pneumatic tires then it would work great.

My son got this for Christmas and the first thing he says is its IRON MAN! I had to laugh, I didnt even realize it would be iron man colored. I just thought the red would be nice for him! It works great. Its fairly decent on various terrains and small rocks. I wouldent be going through mud or grass. But it works ok on a gravel road. The music works great. Hes happy with his hoverboard. Great value for the price.
