The chandelier is beautiful. I searched all over to find the right chandelier to bring my dinning area to life and this was the perfect fit. I ordered it on Friday and it arrived by Saturday. 1. The bracket that comes with this to attach to the electrical box is nonsensical. They welded a proprietary bar to standard round universal mounting bracket blocking off all the slots. I had to remove the bracket from the proprietary bar, drill new holes in the bar, then just use the bar. 2. Lots of labor, they could have saved us hours by using a hook at the top of the crystals instead of a split ring. 3. I have the 40" model which is based on 49-hole pattern, but the actual product has 50 holes. You must compensate for this error somewhere (best in a corner) because if you follow the pattern the crystals will not hang symmetrically to the other side. ... show more

Like the title says absolutely beautiful but the labor of putting on those beads are beyond belief I don't understand what kind of hooks you use to put on there it's taking me hours and hours to do that's the only bad part of it is trying to hang the hook into the little circle
