Purchased in Nov 2024. The toothbrush stopped working in April of this year. Contacted customer service this month (June 2025) after trying to troubleshoot between life events. Customer service was AMAZING. The toothbrush has a year warranty and within days I had a new one. Be sure to troubleshoot first as my sister has the same toothbrush and after following the guide for troubleshooting, it started working. Thank you for the fast response!! Would definitely purchase again solely based on the awesome customer service!

Economical electric toothbrush. So far so good. My pricey brush gave up after a couple yrs & my husband bought himself this one. He seemed to like it so I got one as well. Works great. Has all the different settings you would need. I wish it came with at least one replacement brush though.

I bought this for my 12 year old and she loves it especially the color. We bought the mint green. My only complaint is that the toothbrush heads that it came with, don’t have the plastic top cover as most electric toothbrush heads come with.
